We love Cane's. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The place was clean in the lobby and restrooms. Service from the moment we entered until we exited was exceptional.

Food is great! Location is great. People and cleanliness need some major work. Inside is wrecked. I asked them if they could wipe the table off because but it had crumps all over it and the girl told the manager that it wasn’t her job. I told the manager I didn’t mean to cause any drama, just wanted the table clean for my family. He didn’t seem to care or apologize.

I don’t eat out much but I generally really enjoy canes (even though this location consistently undercooks the fries) . Unfortunately I got a piece of chicken that had hair baked into the batter and completely turned me off my meal.

So I usually go to the caines on Montgomery but we were in this area and tried it today. The sauce was really salty and the fries were over salted.. I love salt but dang it was a lot. The workers were not friendly and in a hurry. One young lady said at the drive up window she is about to walk out forget this job. The manager was a little much to be honest. Telling them through the drive up window come on guys were not even really busy lets go!!! But her team was struggling and she was just barking orders. Get inside and help them... it's was just crazy and not the best as I know how delightful the food can be when made correctly. Next time definitely going to the Montgomery location
