I am very upset. I paid 35 dollars for a meal and they give me wings and no fries.. this is unacceptable. I’m very pregnant and was looking forward to those fries. I wanted the 10 piece with fries meal, 6 piece tender meal with fries and an additional regular fries no seasoning for my dog..

The store was super clean and well organized. The servers were smiling and helpful. But I came here to talk about traditional tongue-torch wings. I’ve had many orders since Zaxby’s wings in my 66 years of life. Many of those orders were tasty but dry not very much sauce. This store did it right. They had just the right amount of sauce so that the wings were not dry. That’s the difference for me. I rate this as one of my best lunches I’ve had over the last two weeks.

I fear Zax Sauce has taken control of my life. I see it in my dreams. I hear it whispering to me when I pass a Zaxby’s. I put it on fries, toast, chicken, and once… I considered dipping my emotions in it. The tangy, peppery perfection calls to me like sirens on a greasy sea. Zaxby’s, whatever’s in that sauce — keep it that way. You’ve created something dangerously divine.

One of the best zaxby place i ever came across. Coming from NYC, I never thought this zaxby place would be great. Out of all the fast food places I’ve been to and tried, this is one of the best. The chicken tenders and Fries with the zaxby sauce!!! No complaints with the customer service. The workers needs to earn more money for the effort they put for the people. Come to this zaxby place in raleigh. Trust me.

Staff is great, very friendly upon arrival. It’s my first time coming into this location since it’s been years since I’ve had Zaxbys ! The reason for 3 stars is for the food. The food was warm but unfortunately the fries and grilled cheese were very salty ! The tenders we ordered were sauced - some spots were covered in teriyaki other parts of the tender were plain so not really sauced well. Otherwise it’s a nice location just wish the food was better.
