I ordered online before from last month and their food was good. The disappointment that I had today with Uber Eats was that I never received my order this time. I kept an eye on the tracking radar and it keeps say, "Oops, someone could not pick up your order, we're finding another delivery driver." It happened 3 times and the order was gone. I received a notification 30 minutes later that my order has been canceled. That was not cool...

I put my old review below and I decided to give it a low rate because of my terrible experience recently. The servers are rude, especially a young girl. She does not respect me many times. She might have a bad day, but she should not keep a bad face to her customers. She even smashes things in front of me. It seems like that she will not clock off early because of my order. Shame on her. They also forget adding some items to my order. They seldom remind to scan the reward in the app before checking and the reward system is sometimes broken. They also refuse to help me redeem the missing points. This store service is terrible. I will not delete this unless they train their employees better. “I have been to this new open sandwich place several times. Potbelly’s sandwiches are always flavorful and freshly baked. Everything is tasty and fresh. Sides are delicious too. Their cookies are too sweet for me. Their app has a few offers and perks. Their service is sort of slow when lunch or dinner hours, so it is better to order in 30 min online. The room is clean but small. WiFi is fast.”

Ordered an Italian sub with multiple add ons, including avocado that I PAID EXTRA for, and literally received one paper thin slice of avocado per sub. One. On top of that, none of the other add ons I selected were included at all. The sandwich was dry, cold, and clearly thrown together with zero care.After checking the reviews, I see customers are currently dealing with the same issues, so this clearly isn’t a one-off mistake it’s a pattern. And somehow, Potbelly still hasn’t gotten it together.To make matters worse, the customer service was trash. I called to explain the issue because you should know when you’re wasting people’s time and money, and the girl on the phone was rude, dismissive, and rushed me off just to say there was “nothing she could do.” Completely unacceptable.What’s wild is that the label with my exact order was literally stuck to the sub, yet I still received a dry, bland, poorly made sandwich that didn’t match what I ordered at all. If reading is a challenge, maybe that’s the first thing that needs fixing. Overall, this was a waste of money, a waste of time, and an even bigger waste of patience. Do better because this level of service is embarrassing.

I ordered online. They got nothing right. Ordered meatball and got Italian. Ordered shakes and got neither. Salad was wilted and not edible. Im trying to figure out how you can read a label and not even make it right. Wish I could give 0 stars

They served my cold broccoli cheddar soup, also I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles. So $18 later I extremely disappointing from here!
