The staff is very friendly and I went in the middle of a lunch rush today. I was very happy with the level of hospitality and personal attention each guest received at the register. You just don't see that a lot anymore. Waited to get back to our job site to eat and our food was still hot and juicy. Everything was in the bag that we ordered and we really enjoyed our experience

Its not bad, the fries are pretty good, they salt/season them well. The cole slaw was gross and there arent too many cole slaws that i dont like. The sauce is ok. I think its over hyped.

Edit: fries were rancid from my recent order, and the last few times they also had a strange smell. Wish they would improve that. — One of the more reliable but pricier fast food places around campus. Staff are always nice and I like their iced tea a lot. There were a few times when the chicken and fries tasted slightly rancid but generally I have good experience ordering from here.

Soggy chicken. every. single. time. Even if I ask for it extra crispy, same soggy slop. The breading falls off the chicken as soon as I touch it. I eat it quick too so its not steaming in the box for 20 minutes. Really sad to see what has happened to the place. Half of the tenders I get have tendons in them too making them inedible.

Got completely undercooked chicken from this location and that’s never happened before. So disgusting and concerning.
