The guy with the dreads was extremely rude. I don't know if I'll go back to my favorite fast food. It was 8pm on Tuesday night. U need people who take pride in their job. So sad such good food crappie employees...

Generally get a rally burger for good old time sake or my favorite, which is a coney dog gotta love it. But had to settle for down on the farm

Fries were hard and spicy chicken was barely warm. Never going to rally again. They just need shut down. They dont even know how to make fresh food. They wanna serve food that's been sitting over an hour.

It's always a bad experience at the drive thru. Loaded fries not loaded. Burger hard. Will be contacting them soon.

The guy working was rude when my fiance and I was Ubering yelling pull up here when we’re not even from Columbus and he was constantly yelling at other customers behind me as well. Someone needs to get that guy in check fr that was rude of him I definitely will make sure we never go back there again!
