The burger I got was actually tasty except it was so smashed, it kept falling apart. The grilled cheese for my son was a hockey puck. Wrong shake and the lemonade literally tasted like urine. Will not be doing that again. No napkins and other stuff as requested since this was a takeout. Wow. Can’t say much more.

I haven't eaten at shake shack in a while and nobody told me that they usually really nice people have been replaced with a computer kiosk and surly employees. Should have known that we should have left when we saw the trash cans filling with water.... And the copious amounts of water all over the ground. Took about 15 minutes to get some lukewarm food and that was incorrect. I mean Jesus I get it working in a fast food restaurant sucks but at least care enough to make sure people get the right food. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work but for some reason they make you take a number and put it on your table but then they make you go to the counter and get the food. They gave us the wrong burger and one of our party ended up biting into whatever their vegetarian burger is and thought they were being served raw food. Fortunately it was only a really crappy vegetarian burger that only looked and had the consistency of raw hamburger. The taste was subpar, mushy and room temperature. So we took that back because it was the wrong burger and they gave us the right burger and I don't know how they managed it but it was cold too. Did I mention we waited 15 minutes for our food and they gave us cold food?! Now I Will give them high marks for their atmosphere because it's just like the Titanic when it was about to sink. With water pouring from the ceiling and giant water puddles on the ground. Frankly I'm not sure how this restaurant is open considering the safety issues. I would have loved to have been there when they tried to move the giant trash can filled with what I assume is probably 80 lb of water. I'm not sure what the rules are in Ohio but you'll see a photo of a sticker on one of the soda things telling you not to drink it because it's not safe. That seems good. I will say this much I was so horrified by the food and the service or should I say lack of service that I will never go back to a shake shack. The restaurant that I enjoyed and felt like a good value was just completely crap. Worst thing is I gave these people 15% tip not knowing that they were just going to give us lukewarm food after making use wait 15 minutes.

Worst Shake Shack I’ve ever been to. Went to Shake Shack 4/15/26 at 4PM. Service was horrible. Went to the front, immediately they couldn’t find my order. All I ordered was fries. Another worker walks by quickly and rudely asks “DID SHE ORDER ONLINE? YEAH? OH, THEN SHE HAS TO WAIT!”. No worries, whatever. I was a little early. So, I sat down, waited and waited, had to go back to the front & they looked at me like I asked for them to open up the cash registers when I said (again) I placed an order and was waiting. They turned around & ignored me when I said I could show them my confirmation email. Finally, one worker said “You just got fries?” This was third time of saying “yeah, just fries”. He handed it to me with no apologies for their mix-up, horrible service, and unexpected wait time. I don’t even live in OH & only go to Columbus to visit family. Every time I go to this Shake Shack (because it’s convenient & open late) the service is horrible. This is the second time they lost my order & seemed to not care at all. Would rather eat a moldy shoe than have to come back here. Fries were fire though. 4 stars is not low enough.

Honestly if you’re gonna order delivery don’t even bother. They will send you with the wrong food when you waisted your money, they don’t know how to answer the phone no matter how many times you called. I tipped my driver $5 just for her to bring the wrong order I’m really pissed and won’t order here again. I will probably consider dining in but delivery is a no. You can’t even reach the manager. 😡😡😡
