Ordered via mobile and watched 4 other orders appear and get served while my. Paid for large chili and got a small. Was handed bag without burger in it. Burger had been sitting at counter for almost 10 minutes. Beans in chili were hard suggesting that the batch was removed from the pot early. Chili was also lukewarm and the resivoir was open the whole time I was there______ ________________ Have a second try. Tried the new Chicken Tenders, Spicy Nuggets fries and Chili. Tenders were actually quite good and the new sauces were all wonderful. Nuggets were lukewarm fries were missing and I waited over 5 minutes with my receipt in hand before anyone noticed I was there. When I got the fries some were hard in the middle Chili, like last time the Pinto Beans specifically were also hard and the chili was barely warm. While waiting to be noticed about the fries a homeless man walked in pulled out a cup and filled up at the soda machine completely unnoticed because no one watches the front counter at all. I I love Wendy's but I'm done with this one for most items. Please be better

I have ordered food from here for work multiple times as a treat and I get a Oreo brownie vanilla frosty without brownie batter and with extra cookies bc they won’t let me just add cookies to vanilla frosty and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Including righh now- one that just got delivered. Has been wrong. I can’t have obsessive amounts of chocolate and it makes me sick. I wish they would pay attention for once with their frosty. Not everyone can have boat loads of sugar. Even if for a treat. Also how do I ask for none and literally get extra? I tried it and it’s so sweet I could be ill. Very unhappy about this.

Completely disappointed with the customer service at the Wendy’s on High Street tonight. I pulled up around 1:15 a.m., well before the posted closing time, and was told they were “only taking pickup orders.” I understand businesses may have operational limitations late at night, but the attitude and delivery from the employee at the window were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. What’s frustrating is that customer service in so many places feels like it has completely disappeared. A simple respectful explanation would have gone a long way. If your posted hours say you’re open, customers should at least be treated with courtesy when they arrive. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered food online. Was happy to see menu items on board were the same price as what we found online. I don't feel like your competitors do well with this honestly. All of our food was hot we didn't eat it for 10 minute drive back to our Airbnb.

Workers are very hostile, I sent an email to the corporate office as well. I was told that we better make sure we are pleasing them because they make our food. I was told this by the manager. I have never been so intimidated to eat some nuggets in my life. They were scowling being rude and I would like someone to watch the cameras, I hope you have audio. I do not think its the whole teams fault but that manger was causing a toxic work environment, the girl at the window did not want to be rude to us but she forced her. That can be very dangerous for the employee, not everyone is of sound mind and will make a review. This all occurred from around 10:15p to 10:40p on Tuesday. They also punished us by making us wait 20 mins for the food. I need a full refund I did not eat my food at all due to the threat.
