This was the worst Chick fil a experience I've ever had. The right line was held up for over 10 minutes by one vehicle the employee wouldn't ask to move so 7 orders from the left lane were filled. The employee said they couldn't take my money because they have to stay under the awning. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with only cheese and pickles but I was given someone else's sandwich as it only had lettuce and bacon. I can't eat pork so I call the store a few times and it rolled over to a call center who took down my complaints and informed me it would take 3 days to find out if they will refund my money and told me not to go back to the store asking for assistance because they would just give me the call center phone number. Chicken fil a used to be the gold standard but now I have to double check my food while at the pick up window like all the other fast food places.

This chickfula is like no other, with their outstanding workers, service, and food, there is no beat. we went on 2/2/26 and it was a spirt night for school. I never got to see his name tag, but he was sweeping the floor and cleaning up a ton. this guy should be well praised for his work. we got our food 15 mins after we ordered using the app at our table. instant seating. noise was loud but there were a bunch of kids there, so I will pass it off. food was delicious. I had chicken sandwich deluxe meal with med lemonade. incredibly good. atmosphere was same as it was. BUT the packing on the food was new. Overall, everything was amazing!

Great service & great event for our Elementary School Restaurant Night Fundraiser with CFA! Hannah was fabulous to work with & I will book new dates with her for next year.

.... I will start by saying most Chic fil a stores you walk in and you are greeted pleasantly... not this one... one girl at the counter.. the store was pretty empty... the rest of the employees just kept wandering around.. no hello.. nothing. Now to what I call the employees breakroom.. the dining room.. at least 6 employees spread out across the tables.. and what appeared to be a manager playing on his phone and eating.. oh and he kindly cleaned a table... then sat down at that table... I asked a manager where to do a review... she didn't ask what my concern was... just where to a review... The one employee who did help us... I pray this is just a temporary job... because she deserves so much more.... I work across the street... and will drive 5 miles to be treated better... was Chic fil a or McDonald's

We are so thankful to Chick-fil-A for their generous donation and continued support of our school community at Thoreau Demonstration Academy. Their kindness and willingness to give back truly make a difference for our students and staff. Not only is the food always amazing, but the customer service and community support are outstanding. Thank you for helping make our events and appreciation efforts so special!
