I went through drive thru and ordered a mocha iced coffee and a sausage egg cheese croissant and they gave me bacon croissant and a cup full of ice with literally 3 drinks of coffee. Worst ever...

The less full cup is from this location & the full cup is from the location out east to show comparison. I politely asked the young lady at the 1501 Charlotte location if she could add a tad bit more, but before she could answer a sassy man rudely interjected saying "that's how they come ma'am" repeatedly which was clearly a lie since I USED to frequent that location often w/ it being closest to me. I think he was some kind of manager unfortunately. I've not returned since & get waaaaay better service & food up the street or out east. He was a tall, black, effeminate acting male.

The food was as good as any other Burger King, but the front man was extremely rude and impolite. Also, this is supposed to be “fast food”, but it took us at least 15 minutes to get our two whoppers! And it wasn’t even crowded.

10/10 Would not recommend. If I could I would give negative stars. The order taker was a horrible person. They gave me the wrong order the first time. And the second time it was still wrong. Burger King do better. Won't be back.

This place is hot garbage. I stand at the register for 8 minutes while the employees ignore me, finally acknowledged me and then asked if I wanted to place an order. Yes, I am standing in front of the register after walking through the cue that goes directly to machine that holds the money and places the orders. I am then asked if I know how to use the kiosk, I say yes and she points at it. Cool, so really you actually do not need to be there and a robot can do your job and clearly would have better customer service abilities. I decided to go ahead and leave. I get that I am at a Burger King but man y’all should try a little at least.
