05/16/26- I came here by accident. They sit by a Burger King 👑 and Taco 🌮 Bell 🛎️ I wasn’t impressed with BK menu and I don’t eat TB. We don’t have Cook Out in my state. So I decided to eat here. I walked in and you know how the first thing everyone wants to do is wash their hands 🙌 This place has the sink with soap 🧼 and paper towels 🧻 ready for you to wash right before you place your order. I washed my hands 🙌 I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kamaris. He welcomed me in and answered my questions. He had finished with a customer, then he let me look at the menu. He asked if I was ready and went over the menu. He helped me place my order. It was easy from there. My meal was $7.99 plus tax and it comes with a drink. Drinks - The ice machine was out but one of the crew members came out to look at it while I was there. Since the cherry drink was out Kamaris had to get it from the back. The Cherry 🍒 drink is delicious 😋 I wasn’t supposed to drink it (diabetic) but I could not resist. I recommend you try it! Sides - The meal comes with two sides. I asked for Hush Puppies. It comes with six Hush Puppies and they’re freshly made. The fries are seasoned with a Cajun salt that adds a great taste. I ordered their own sauce and it was good with the hush puppies and the fries. Burger - you get to add your toppings from a wide selection. I ordered grilled onions, mustard, and pickles on two patties. I don’t like cheese or anything else. I don’t eat both buns and the meal was filling. Shout out to Kamaris who did it all. He ran the register and was busy after I placed my order. He was friendly to all his customers as he helped them all. Later I saw him throwing out the trash. He had a good attitude about his job and his restaurant. Kamaris told me his restaurant is the best one. I hope he’s recognized for his positive attitude. I enjoyed my visit thanks to Kamaris!

The food was great per usual! I am normally use to going through the drive thru. I came in yesterday to order food and the young lady at the counter was so rude and had a nasty attitude. Not sure if she just wasn’t in the mood for work yesterday or if she just doesn’t like her job but she shouldn’t take it out on the customers. She is the greeter and the front cashier so anyone put up there should have a great attitude and make the atmosphere wonderful for all customers coming through those doors. I guess I will have to start back going through drive thru only, normally it’s the other way around but drive thru has always gave me great service.

Stopped at this location because it was close and myself n my family LOVE cookout. Tonight I regret it so badly.. we were given this nasty thing they call a burger. Dry, no flavor my husband's bacon was raw my burger made me so sick and I am 31 weeks pregnant... Never having a problem with ANYTHING! My husband was also ordered a side of onion rings normally at the other Nashville location. It's pretty good sized not this one we got 4 little onion rings and was told "what's what the count is for the side of onion rings" he husband also got a dr pepper never have a problem with that. THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE DAMN DRINK! The manager at the time said that she has never gotten ANY complaints. We left went to the other location. Got the EXACT SAME THING! And it was 1000 TIMES BETTER! the box didn't even close bc everything was packed.. After everything was said n done the manager took off before we could return to show her the difference and now myself and my family are sick. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. YOU COULDNT PAY ME ENOUGH MONEY IN THE WORLD TO GO BACK! Ps cross contamination all the way idk what is going on there but unless you wanna be sick STAY AWAY..

I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I reached my destination and removed it from the bag, I noticed it was super light. When I lifted the bun there was nothing but a small, red ish brown colored, piece of crispy crap. I knew then they had given me spicy even though I ordered regular. I peeled the little bit of spicy crap off, and saw the tiniest chicken I’d ever seen. It was literally as thin as a piece of deli meat and I am pissed, because this is NOT What I paid for nor waited in line all of that time for. The bun was dry as hell too. Looks like they attempted to use mayo but missed. What you see in the pic is ranch that I added, to try and choke down this dry, Brillo pad of a sandwich after trick or treating to find the meat. This is absolutely ridiculous. I know whoever made that sandwich saw how this piece looked before deciding to continue, and hand it out the window to a customer. I was too far away to take it back, and glad I was because it wouldn’t have gone well. Gallatin Rd Cook Out East, Do better. TRASH!

Last time I passed through my burger fries were hot and delicious. Fast friendly service with a big smile. Color me a satisfied customer. Catch y'all next trip to Nashville
