I ordered the special and it was supposed to be a spicy 9 piece, but when I got home and everyone began to eat, I clearly received regular chicken. Not one piece of spicy in the whole box!! Needless to say, it was too late to return the food. I am disappointed. The price was ridiculous, and to receive the wrong order completely... very upsetting. Update: 6/02/26- I tried to give y'all a second chance tonight. I ordered the family meal spicy, again... Not one piece was spicy. And I asked for fresh fried chicken. I told the cashier, I would wait for it. They gave me reheated chicken and hard biscuits!! This is unacceptable.

This is the third time in 3 weeks that my order has been wrong. The chicken is much better than it was now if they could just get the right pieces that you order in the box. I don't know if they can't read or they just don't give a damn about what they put in the box. Why ask me what kind I want if you're going to give me what you want

I had the absolute worst experience at this location last night. I waited in the drive thru line not moving for 10 minutes. I then placed my order online (2 chicken sandwiches), waited a few minutes and went inside. I WAITED inside 30 more minutes. I went back out to the car and got in the drive thru line AGAIN waited another 5 or so minutes to tell them I was picking up an online order and my name. They said come on around. It took about 15 more minutes to get to the pick up window only for them to tell me. YOUR ORDER IS NOT READY YET. While inside I noticed that they were clearly not organized or managed well AT ALL! They were NOT short staffed by far. There was a presence of at least 6 people outside of the cook (who was doing a great job) and 2 cashiers. When I come during lunch time it’s altogether different. I order my food online and pick it up within minutes, no problems the way it was designed to go, but at night they just don’t give a damn and act like they don’t know how to give refunds. They got a brand new building with a new look and design, but same trifling attitudes during the night. I won’t be back to this location at night, only lunch.

Stay away from the drive thru or even the entire restaurant! I spent over 30 minutes in line waiting to order and then another 30 plus minutes to actually get my food! There was 6 cars in front of me and maybe 30% of the parking lot had cars in it so there was no excuse for this. You can’t drive off from the drive thru line because of the curbs so I recommend not even coming here! I received old and cold food even after waiting in the drive thru for over an hour. I complained to the cashier at the window when I got my food and she acted like it wasn’t an entire hour! Lol stay far away!

I came through drive thru, food was OLD. Lady taking the order was very sweet, but I did NOT receive all my food. I tried to come back to get it fixed, they locked the lobby door and the line was dang near our in the road. This is my second time giving it a chance, but I will not be back after this. The older guy with glasses was also sort of rude.
