Just had a terrible experience here. On Valentine’s Day. Went to to get 3 breakfast burritos. The lady was very short with me, didn’t answer any of my questions and then immediately hung up. Then we got our food, where my girlfriend puked, due to their being a giant gross hair, we also got a burrito completely destroyed and not having anything that I asked about being in it, since those questions weren’t answered. Finally we got one “normal one” that was extremely small. Threw this food out and will be reaching out for a refund. Shouldn’t have left a cash tip at all for this.

Food was subpar. No napkins no ketchup no utensils. The amount of trash up and down the grass strip in front of the stalls was unsightly. This is a picture of my chili dog, but what you're seeing is mustard and not put on neatly either. Seems like a lot of fast food places now just slap things together and throw it at you.

This store gives no help to delivery drivers. No direction, changing policy on how we pick up every time I come in. There are two doors, and the staff literally go through only one of them to avoid helping delivery drivers. We represent real customers who are giving your restaurant money, and we also happen to be real people. It would be wild if we could get served in a way that reflects that.

Night shift employees were rude, and disregarded everything as it "wasn't their problem" We sat outside for 25 minutes after placing a mobile order and watched our order sit on a counter for at least 20 of that time. I hate to break it to your employee, but I paid for my food and expect to be served. Unprofessional.

The worst fast food location I have ever been to. You will not be acknowledged at the drive up - you will wait there for 20 minutes until you eventually just go through the drive through (this has happened on multiple occasions). We have learned our lesson now to just go directly to the drive thru. The staff attitude may be worse than the service… they don’t greet you. They don’t apologize for extended waits. They look like they hate their life. Last time we were here, the line was to the road and there were three employees just hanging out by the back of the building. Food is mid. Long wait in the drive through and for the food. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re spitting in food, the employees are that unpleasant. Dirty tables, signs and interior of the building.
