So here’s one for ya. The menu is simple. Fulfilling the order correctly should be easy. I picked up the food and got home to enjoy dinner with my bride and the sweet teas are not sweet and not delicious. I called to let the store know of the error and the person gives me a code and her name and apologizes. I wasn’t going to drive back to the store for the two sweet teas at that moment. Our food would be cold by the time i returned. The drinks are part of the meals and should be the easiest part of the order to fulfill. At least that’s the story I’m telling myself. They were closed Memorial Day so I visited the store on Tuesday curious to see how they would make it right. After all, I got a special code and the team member told me to write the code and write her name on my receipt. The team member took my receipt and gave it to the manager somewhere in the back. The team member came back and asked if I wanted two box combos as printed on my receipt. I said sure. Then she went to the back again and returned and asked what was wrong with my original order. I explained that original error was that I did not receive the sweet teas that I ordered with my two meals. She disappeared again to the back and returned and offered to give me two sweet teas. She asked me what size I would like and I told her I would like the size that I should have received. I got my two sweet teas and thought to myself. I can’t just bring home two sweet teas to my bride. I had better order six chicken fingers to bring home. The first meal we had chicken and no drinks. And this time I wasn’t about to give my bride drinks and no chicken. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Please. Please. Please. Simply get the order right. And if you get it wrong. Then don’t go back and forth to a manager that is too busy to come speak with the customer who came back to give you a chance to make it right. A simple hello and an apology goes a long way. Sending good vibes your way. Please do better.

Great customer service! The chicken is always served fresh and hot, along with fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a delicious sauce that makes you want to return for more. The staff is always busy, but moves quickly, ensuring that your order is prepared promptly. I’ve never had a wrong order here.

I felt like I was speaking a foreign language to the person taking my order. I had to repeat every amount I wanted. I want 4 extra toast. "how many would you like?" For the whole order. After everything I asked for. "Anything else?" Which just seems rude. I asked for half and half tea on the drinks and on a gallon on the side. Without failure both times I was asked "half sweet and half unsweet?" I think I would of specified if I wasn't just wanting tea and made as half and half (tea). Also why would I get two drinks on my order both half and half tea and not get the same in the gallon? We did get a gallon of tea, extra toast, and extra fries. Would you guess that for 2 people it cost almost $55 dollars? I'd recommend going to a sit down restaurant and enjoying yourself. You will get more for you money and much better service. It's hard to have good customer service when all you deal with is chicken, fries, bread, merchandise, and oh yeah customers.
