Great location very helpful staff very clean and organized, best location I have seen with fast service. I came in to eat ordered a box combo and let the lady know I was going out to my car for a moment, maybe 5 minutes went by I was taking a smoke and one of the staff members came out and let me know my food was ready jacira was his name and the manager on duty was Alex again great staff and I would definitely refer anyone to come and enjoy the environment as well as food.

I went through the drive-thru and right off the bat, the service was off. They asked me what was my order, but somehow still gave me the wrong one. After that, they gave me the correct order, and I left, only to open the box and find a ridiculously small amount of fries. I went back, and a girl came up to me asking how she could help. I opened the box and said showed her the fries. Instead of handling it professionally, she started giggling and showing the box to everyone else while walking to the back. Then the rest of them started laughing too. Eventually, they gave me more fries, but the whole experience was rude and very unprofessional.

Awesome, every time I visit the US I gotta eat canes and this location is one of the best. Highly recommend getting the Caniac for two.

First time here. Food here is much like Zaxby’s but not as greasy. Breading is lighter, but not as crisp. I wasn’t a fan of the remoulade aka “Cane’s Sauce”, but that’s a personal choice. The chicken by itself was very good. I’m happy that Raleigh, NC is getting a Raising Cane’s soon.

Last night, I visited your establishment for dinner, and I must say that the food was delicious. My order was received promptly, and everything was in perfect order. The service was exceptional, and the chicken was hot and juicy. The fries were also cooked to perfection. However, I would suggest raising the air conditioning or turning off the fan, as the dinner area was quite cold.
