I got takeout so i cant really make comments about the atmosphere or service but overall the food was a little lacklustre. Maybe I just got a bad batch but the sauce is super salty and the chicken is bland. People on social media hype it up a lot but I wouldn’t say I’m missing out if I cannot eat it again.

I was impressed with how quick they got my good during a busy rush due to a UT basketball game. The parking lot and in-store was full. The cashier was calm and friendly and it took less than 5-10 minutes for my meal of 3 chicken finger basket to come out, which was overall really solid.

Walking up to raising canes someone greeted us at the door. Ordering food the lady was extremely nice and patient with my kids and I. Food was out fast, hot and delicious. Table was clean and I could see employees constantly cleaning and clearing out tables. When we were eating and employee walked up to us and asked if we needed anything and everything was good. Lovely 😊 when we were done another employee came and picked up our finished plates. When we left they opened the door for us to leave. I felt so catered too. Better service than eating at a restaurant. Loved this raising canes

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome service by Anahi who welcomed us in. They were super busy and she remained calm and very pleasant. The food was perfect and smoking hot. Best Cane's in Austin. The staff needs to appreciate how Anahi is attentive with friendly customer service.
