Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

My wife and I received the absolute BEST customer service at this Cane's recently. My wife likes her french fries well done, meaning crispy. The fries that were originally included in our food order were not to her "liking" but when an employee named Tatum asked how her food was, my wife mentioned that we actually quit patronizing this Cane's due to them not being able to prepare her order the way she preferred, but were thinking that we would give this Cane's another try. We were very glad we did!! In steps Cody to the rescue! He personally made a fresh batch of sizzling hot AND crispy fries for us! We thanked them both for their excellent customer service skills, and mentioned to them that we would certainly be back soon! By the way, our chicken tasted great as well! Thank you to Cody and Tatum! Keep up with the excellent customer service AND customer retention practice!!

Good chicken strips. Limited menu, which I like. Food was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Price per meal comparable to most fast food places.

All locations forget to put right amount of chicken in the box. Not that you get much al ready. Not like there is anything else they serve geeze. And the tea and lemon aid is plain and overly sugered. The fries are the worse. Need better fries. Id rather have patatoe salad than fries and closaw. The toast too plain. And some ranch would be nice. Need a dessert 🍨. And yeah over priced for the food options.

Food was bland, fries were soft, only 1 dipping option outside of ketchup and hot sauce... no thank you! Then... when I looked down at my food before taking another bite I saw this. I understand that it happens sometimes but adding this grossness to my already underwhelming experience was just too much. Although, the employees were pleasant and the food came quickly. I know better than eating any fast food that isn't tacos.

Canes has got the BEST chicken sauce! The chicken however is plain not much if all seasonings but very tender and juicy the SAUCE makes up for everything they even will sale you a whole drink cup full of sauce.
