TLDR; location always mess up quality of food and presentation. As a previous in-n-out employee, this place is very highly disappointing (especially compared to the LBJ highway location). Every time I come here (drive through), they always have my fries cold, and my burger messed up. My protein style burger was mashed like a salad. To be fair, I did order the burger to be cut in half, however, as someone who has cut these burgers myself, and been to a plethora of in-n-outs inside and outside of texas, it is plenty reasonable to not have it end up looking like mush. My meat patty was also absurdly smaller than usual. I’ll give grace, maybe someone is in training, but management… actually train them. When they forgot I wanted tomato, they slid in butt of the tomato into the burger. Bruh we’re literally taught to make sure the quality of the burger is good. This location disappoints me every tome via drive though. Make the extra 10 minute drive to LBJ location. Extra: that nice looking lettuce wrap at the bottom of the photo is an extra protein lettuce I asked on the side. I got it to take home and make myself 🥲

I love this place so much! Thank you for coming to Texas. When we left California we thought we would never see this place again. I thank Gavin newscum for this opportunity. You will forever be remembered for this very ignorant move. We applaud you in and out!

Five stars for In-N-Out in Dallas! The burger was fresh, juicy, and stacked just right with crisp lettuce and tomato. The animal-style fries were messy in the best way. Fast service, clean spot, and seriously hit the spot.

February 23, 2026 – 12:15 PM I came to In-N-Out today and the employees both upfront and in the back were so nice and well-mannered but in a genuine natural way that really stands out. Everyone seemed happy to help. One thing that really caught my attention was Miguel (the one with glasses) who was training today. He was such a gentleman and so helpful to everyone in the restaurant picking up trash, bringing condiments, taking peppers to tables, and even opening doors. What I loved most was hearing him tell the person he was training, “It’s the little things you can do to help give them a better experience here at In-N-Out.” I definitely appreciated the advice he was giving and the way he was leading by example. The restrooms were clean and so was the restaurant huge plus for me!!! Thank you for the great experience! 😊

I ordered AND paid for 2 double doubles and I ended up with 2 singles. Unacceptable. Aint find out til I got all the way home. And I had a friend from out of town who wanted to try In n Out for the first time...not a good first impression.
