Since they changed the management, it has become the worst restaurant in the city. Disgusting bathrooms with a nauseating smell. Dirty floors, tables and chairs. And the worst of all is the poor staff training which leads to long waiting times, incorrect and incomplete orders. I hope they change the manager again and return those days when eating at this restaurant was a real pleasure.

Slowest CFA I have ever been to. I live across the street and have ordered for pickup within 10 minutes of opening on my way to work. I even started placing it prior to heading down to my vehicle because I know how slow they are, yet that doesn’t change anything. They walk past the window, see you, and keep walking. They don’t answer the phone at all. For a CFA, they need to do better. I get better service times, attentiveness from staff, and call answering from the McDonalds down the street. This CFA should be placed under new management. After tons of feedback as I go here often, only because it’s closest, nothing changes. If you want CFA, it may make a little more drive time but go out of downtown, not this location.

I got the smallest grilled sandwich I've ever seen here. It was the size of my sauce packet. I actually think they gave me a nugget as a patty.

I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location and had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service really stood out. The staff at the register were kind and patient, and Chris in the dining area was especially attentive he checked if I needed refills or sauces and assisted me with anything I needed even though it was really busy at that time of the day. I’ll definitely be back!

I checked out the Chick-fil-A located in downtown San Antonio. Although I’ve driven by it plenty of times I’ve never stopped in because I thought that I would have to find a parking spot and then walk in. Well, if this has kept you from stopping at this Chick-fil-A, wait no longer and make your trip to Chick-fil-A in downtown San Antonio because they have a drive-through. I placed my order online and when it gave me the option for mobile pick up, I wasn’t sure how that would work. It took me a moment to find their pick up line, but when I did, it was easy and effortless just like all the other Chick-fil-A‘s around. When I pulled up to the ordering window, I opened the mobile app and scanned the mobile pick up QR code. Then I drove on up to the window and waited to get my order. The staff was friendly, the service was pretty quick, the food was hot and the order was correct. I will no longer shy away from visiting the downtown Chick-fil-A now that I know that I can go through their drive-through.
