Worst McDonalds I've ever been to, by far. Usually McDonald's is run like a tight ship, but everything here was dirty, they closed the upstairs for no reason, no free water cups, my burger was missing toppings. The building and location is really cool, it's a shame that the management here does such a horrible job.

It could have been better!? It was packed to no avail as well some of the kids/college kids are unruly going under people's stalls in the bathroom and causing issues at the cops in the restaurant!? Makes the one on San Pedro look bad.

Came on a Monday around 5pm. Lots of homeless inside the establishment leaving nowhere for my family to sit. It was dirty everywhere, every surface was sticky. Food took 25 min for a simple order, upstairs was closed and it’s 5pm? Manager looked like she could not care at all. No placards when I took my order so how did they know I ordered. Not happy with the place at all.

Everything was dirty , as I was getting my drink I noticed this ugly sticky things stuck on the soda machine as if the drinks machine have not been cleaned . Fry machine very dirty fries all over the floor , when I was asking what can we do about this they had nothing to say other than they were short-handed I would like to get reached back out about this by corporate because I know corporate does read these reviews.. please and thank you m food was cold. Frys were not fresh

Pretty awesome hidden McDs food was on par, cooked just right, perfect amount of flavor. Bacon Hot honey chicken Sammie was 🔥. Employees were very respectful. Portland OREGON TAKE NOTE, THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! Will be hitting this place up with my family during my stay at the Hilton Palacio Del Rio
