P. Terrys > any burger place. It’s so affordable, has great ingredients, serves fast, and fresh! The staff was great, attentive, and made everything go smoothly. The food quality and freshness of the ingredients is what makes it so worth it too. The burger is juicy, buns are soft, fries are perfect, and their oatmeal cookie is beyondddd.

First timer at P Terrys. The reviews on Google were good for this location and I had a bogo deal on UberEats so I decided to get some double cheeseburgers, fries and shakes. Arriving at the location the building was brightly lit and very modern yet retro. The drive thru was going strong but we used the parallel parking spot and picked up our order inside. We were immediately greeted by the gentleman at the counter who had our food ready. A short drive back to our room at the Hyatt w and we were digging in. The burgers were prepared as orders and tasty. Fries were crisp. The Oreo and double chivalry shakes were outstanding and made a great dessert. Highly recommend P. Terry’s when you want a burger or shake. Tip: Check UberEats for deals.

Great family restaurant. There's something for everyone. We have 5 young kids and everyone loves it here. My husband gets a large cheeseburger with jalapenos, fries, and some spicy dipping sauce. I get a single with everything and fries with a side of ranch (absolute best). Our daughters get plain cheeseburgers with fries and ranch that they dip both burgers and fries into. We love their classic root beer and cream soda. Lemonade is okay and regular coke products but I love that old fashioned style of the root beer and cream soda. The chicken burger is great but a little plain if you don't get the pepper jack and sometimes jalapenos for flavor. It needs a bite to it. Chicken bites are great, too, but our girls like a burger. We keep meaning to try the breakfast because it looks great! But overall solid ingredients and wonderful service.

I am very disappointed with my experience at P. Terry’s this morning. I drive out of my way specifically to stop here for breakfast, only to receive the wrong order. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was the only customer in the drive-thru at the time. As soon as I opened my bag and realized the order was incorrect, I called the restaurant. The employee immediately knew what I had actually ordered, which confirmed that she was aware the wrong order had been given to me. Unfortunately, her response was very nonchalant. She simply told me I could come back and get the correct order, without acknowledging the inconvenience of having to make another trip. To make matters worse, when I asked about a refund, I was told the only way to receive one was to return to the store in person. Since the location is already out of my way, requiring me to drive back again to correct their mistake was extremely frustrating. Mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter. A little empathy and a more customer-focused solution would have gone a long way.

We love coming to this location! The staff is always super friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently great. The restaurant itself is usually clean and well kept. My only small complaint is that the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The floors felt a little greasy, and there was urine around the toilet area. I’ve definitely seen worse, but it’d be nice if it got a little more attention. Overall, we always have a good experience and will keep coming back!
