I can understand when the burger I order a very specific way is not done right. No big deal! A #1. Combo, no onions, no pickles, grilled onions and jalapeño, mustard, and cut in ½!!! I want very fresh French fries, and the freshest onion rings. Not greasy oil sponges onion rings. Please try to tell me that these are fresh!!!

I love Whataburger but yesterday? The first photo is of WhataCatch flyer they put in the bag. The second photo is what I actually got. A fish sandwich with just a few pieces of lettuce and no tomato. And as you can see on the receipt, just a regular fish sandwich, nothing was asked to leave out. So sad…..

Its always a wait to get ur order when u dine in. They prioritize the drive thru and take outs before they bring ur order to u. My last wait time was 35 min for a breakfast platter. By then the food was cold. There was only 1 table in the dining area beside me. Please avoid this spot unless u have ALOT of time to waste. And this is what it looked like

After placing our order through the drive thru, we were told to move forward to wait for our food beyond the windows after paying. We didn’t receive a receipt and were told to move up to the excess parking to wait for our order. We watched countless cars pass through the drive thru and the girl running food kept running up to us asking different names for orders, none of which were ours. After about 20 minutes of this happening we told the girl running a bunch of different orders to us to check on our order. Each time she came out with a different order and we watched each other car drive off. Two other workers came out on separate occasions and asked what we had, we waited another 20 minutes to which we finally got the food, which was burnt and gross. The employee who brought the food out said “I threw in a couple of brownies” like we hadn’t been waiting there for so long. They finally sent the manager out, James, which said “I can give a refund but I need to take the food back because the food has only been rang in for 20 minutes” which I’m thinking was rang in after the fact by one of the employees that came out to ask what we had ordered. Terrible customer service and they really need to get it together. 40 minutes for drive thru food…

You can’t make this stuff up… I want to start by saying that every single time I come here, the employees are incredibly rude. I asked for no ice and received half a cup of my beverage. I ask for spicy ketchup on my sandwich and they told me they “aren’t allowed to do that”. I used to work for Whataburger when I was in high school and had an incredible GM. These things would have simply been unacceptable. How easy is it for them to pop open a spicy ketchup pack and put it on my sandwich? We did that all the time for customers when I worked there. Overall, a sad excuse of a location.
