Terrible food and Terrible experience. Order the boberry biscuits just to recieve very overdone hard brick biscuits. After calling the very passive aggressive tattooed manager. I returned the biscuits to recieve another batch of overcooked biscuits 😕. After calling once again. He rudely informed me that the biscuits he just made wasn't burned. Down playing the situation. So decided to recieve my Money back and go to fast food restaurant that knows how to properly make the items on there menu. Will not return 👎👎 (Please get a new manager)

Had a wonderful experience at this Bojangles! Jordan and Bri were the best! Very polite and friendly! Outstanding service to them and the food served! Will definitely be coming back!

I ordered a family meal and an order of bo-berry biscuits. My Bo-berry biscuit had what appears a chicken skin in it as it has the bumpy look and texture of it. And no it’s not from the fried chicken. My rating would be a negative.

The only Bojangles on the beach. It is a hit or miss as far as the food. Today i ordered 12 pc bobite combo they only gave me 1 sauce. Sometimes it's fresh sometimes they will give you what's sitting out lukewarm taste disgusting. Asked could they make it fresh they told us they already turned the fryers off for the night. They had 1hr until closing. The yt guy that cooks has a bad attitude towards customers. Custom service is poor. They make you feel unwelcome. Like you're asking for too much but with no hesitation will take your money. I waited almost 30 minutes for a 12pc bobites I was purchasing for my kid. I noticed everyone was receving their food but me. They forgot to drop them. So those were fresh. I wish they would all quit hire a while new team. Those people are here for a check. Not to serve. Their lack of understanding what it means to serves shows. I'll be attending another Bojangles at another Virginia beach location. Sadly and a inconvenience.
