I went around 1:42 PM Friday April 10, 2026 basically they had done my burger, kind of wrong and the side of fries that I got was so little like they barely put any fries in there. The service is so trash, whoever the guy with that was running the window. He was a black male, his service is so bad and piss poor very disrespectful person. I’m never coming here again. And no, I did not eat any of the fries yet in this picture I had only eaten the burger and it was slapped together so poorly -ps I used to be a regular here loved the food but this experience completely turned me away from this franchise

The food is always good at cook out. You really can't go wrong with their burgers. And the prices haven't changed in years. The customer service is usually great. The employees are respectful and the food comes out hot and fresh every time. Don't sleep on Cook Out. It's reliable and won't break the bank.

Just wanted to give praises to the staff working on Monday June 1st! Especially the food cooks/preparers, everything was exceptional. Tiny little wait, but so worth it. Everything was hot and delicious. Fries could have been a little crispy for my liking, but still tasted fine. Cashier was pleasant and whole experience was 10/10! Great job! 👍🏻 A+ ⭐️ Will be back! Thanks!

Very good, high quality, fast food. Reminds me of an updated lunch/dinner diner. I do wish I would have known how much religion was involved with my experience. I don’t mind scripture on the cup but when you’re also playing heavy gospel in a restaurant, it feels like there’s an agenda being pushed. But otherwise, the place was great!!

Our family was visiting va beach, and our hotel recommended Cook Out, so we tried it for the first time, grilled hamburgers from out on a grill taste and the prices were great and reasonable for the box meals, entree and two sides with a drink, family of four so it was cheaper than any other place around and fed my family, and we had one of their milkshakes afterwards, and one of the Best shakes I've ever had, very friendly cashier taking our order. We don't have Cook Out around where we live, so it was different kind of place.
