If I could put a zero star I would. Im a doordasher whos been driving for several hours and just wanted a drink but they were very rude over the speaker and said they were no longer accepting orders at 12:03 am and are open until 1, but gave me my doordash orders! After already waiting in line for 20 minutes 3 people behind me left the drive through due to this “early close”

I went to this T-Bell on the night 04 March 2026 and was told they were out of taco meat but could order another protein so I asked for steak hard shell tacos. I was excited because I didn't even think a steak hard-shell taco was a thing until that night. I ordered 3 steak hard-shell tacos and a drink via the drive thru. I went back to my hotel to eat it, this was my last night and meal in VB, and sat to eat the food in my hotel room. They placed the steak in the taco as I asked, BUT To my surprise the steak was very very hard, dry, and what seemed burnt. Also, there was no lettuce or cheese however, back to the steak. Each taco contained dry, brittle, crunchy chunks of "steak" and it was disgusting. I couldn't get past the first bite and threw the rest of it away. I didn't want to go back and complain because lord knows what those folks would have done to my next meal and you wont fool me twice. Needless to say, I will never go back and now understand why this TB is rated soo low. That crew working that night deserve negative stars The overall review of this store at 3.5 is accurate. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered one nachos with extra beef and of course they put a very small amount of beef and barely put any she's on my nachos so it was basically all chips, they forgot all the sauces I ordered and with my soft taco I said light lettuce and of course it was filled with lettuce

They told us they were out of the chicken nuggets, baja blast freeze, and apparently something for some other guys order. It was our first time going to taco bell so we dont know the menu well. When we asked what we could replace the nuggets with, lady responded with “idk, you tell me.” We could see the entire team laughing standing still doing nothing. Bad management that doesnt keep items in stock, poorly trained workers with terrible attitude.

I placed an order through GrubHub and despite accepting the order, they never prepared it and left me waiting for almost 2 hours for an update on order completion. I had called this location twice for a verbal update on the order so I could understand if the issue was on them or GrubHub. The young male employee who answered had confirmed they were in fact accepting orders, even confirmed my name, then stated that my driver had just arrived and picked up my order. However that was a lie because my app had never updated to show that one of their drivers picked up the order. It has to be confirmed on their end before mine so this employee is a lazy liar. Said employee also kept saying "Doordash" order, proving that no driver came because I did not order through that service, which is distinctively noted on their order screens. I've worked in food and understand how the process works. There was no reason to accept the order then lie about it. Very weird behavior and I would not trust this location again in the future.
