My family and I were hosting loved ones from Brazil. We had 2 6 yr olds, a 10 yr old, a 13 yr old, and 4 adults. After a few hours at the adventure park, we wanted to show our guests the beach, but first we needed to feed our diverse crowd an easy dinner. Jim was the most amazing host at a fast food restaurant that we've ever had. He greeted us cheerfully and talked through menu options very kindly and intentionally. He empathized that our children had specific requests such as no pickle or onions, and he made them feel very much heard, accommodated, and cared for. He guided us through the menu, showing us how to get the most for our money with the biggie bags, for example. We had a gluten free guest and also a baked potato order, and he made sure those were both prepared to our preferences. He also understood that kids are picky about their dipping sauces, and made sure those were fulfilled appropriately. Jim actually made ordering fun. Also, his team was happy to bring our trays of food out to us at our tables once they were ready. Our group left the restaurant very happy that we had chosen the Pacific Ave Wendy's for dinner before we explored the beach. Thank you so much, Jim & team!

The Wendy’s corporation should be ashamed of what they have allowed to go on at this location. This store makes a lot of money and has a great deal of traffic every year, so I know they have the money to pay their employees. It seems like they must pay their employees terribly or treat them terribly because there is no other reason that a successful franchise location should be as terrible looking and performing as this one. When we visited today, they informed us at the drive-through that they did not have enough staff to even have a drive-through so we had to go inside and greeted with a totally trashed location with very few employees working their butts off.

We visited this evening hoping to get some dinner but after watching the cashier be extremely rude to the couple before us after he was questioned about his attitude and "being smart" we left promptly. He called the customer an asshole and said he was refusing service to him. We had our two young children with us and didn't want to be caught in the middle of that mess, nor did we wanted to be treated badly for trying to order food.

Bathroom code only for patrons, so here it is: 0602 Maybe if it was clean I’d feel bad sharing but it was filthy in there. The place was severely understaffed so there was a drink spill on the floor of the dining room and a really gross smell as soon as you walked in. The young lady behind the counter was working her butt off and trying her very best and still had a smile and kind greeting for us. The frosties we ordered were not worth $4.50 for a small with a big hole in the center. CORPORATE AMERICA, HIRE MORE PEOPLE! People need jobs and it’s super obvious when people are overworked and care is not being taken for the restaurant. Gross. Give a crap about your business, please.

Most disgusting chicken wrap I have ever tasted. Totally stale and some undercooked, dressing must have been expired, and it tasted acidic. No flavor and place was completely empty… now I know why . Don’t eat here if you want to live !
