The new chicken sandwiches are garbage ive tried the new spicy and the new original, even when cooked fresh the meat is tough and chewy like its not done even though it looks done. I was late to my job being in the drive through line for a chicken sandwich that I had to throw away because it was gross. Also they gave me no straw for my drink. All around extremely poor experience. Unfortunately I wont be back 😕

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, just for my order to be wrong. I've been here a few times before and had similar experiences, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. This time was too much. If you're looking for AM food, you're better off with Taco Bell, or Wawa down the street.

Everytime I come here weather it's as a customer or door dashing it take them 20 mins.or longer to complete the order im sorry I've working in many restaurants nothing at wendys takes 20 minutes plus to make and prepare and the 20 mins is while im sitting at the window already ordered jd the only customer in line ....please tell me how that is and the inside is closed .....It's called fast food for a reason if I wanted to wait I would have went to a sit down restaurant

The Amount of chips that come in this bag for the taco salad is ridiculous I expected the normal tortilla rounds but this is unacceptable the bag isn’t even full Not Satisfied at All 👎

Even though the loud speaker was very low and the cashier spoke very low, we still managed to get a perfect order! We thought for sure there would be an error, but there was none. It’s just a pain not being able to hear your order repeated back to you!
