Keyten Murdock 2 months agoTuesday, April 7th 2026 at about 12:05-12:10, I came in and ordered a baconator combo: medium with 4 tenders as well. I get back and checked the bag. They charged me for the tenders that they did not put in the bag and gave me a son of baconator with large fries. $21 for that. Today, April 9th at 12:10, I ordered the exact same thing. They said $17 this time which I assumed meant they remembered their last mistake since I'm a regular. Instead, when I got the bag, there was a four piece nugget in the bag. I hand the bag back and tell them I ordered tenders. The lady who spoke to me misheard, which is fine. It happens. The issue was she got up in arms about it and tried to tell me what I said was the nuggets. I have never ordered nuggets once in my life. They took the nuggets off and charged me the difference. I didn't feel arguing and paid for the tenders twice. Steer clear. They have been consistently incorrect lately.
J B 2 months agoI come here once a week and order the same exact thing. After looking at my statement, the price changes every week. I never recieve a reciept but ill make sure to never leave that drive thru without looking over it from now on
Fuck around and find out 5 months agoOkay so I'm surprised that I didn't review this place already with the lousy customer service we already had received regularly in the past. I finally stopped going there - it was convenient for a little while. First off, unlike McDonald's or Burger King, this is not a place to get coffee even though they serve it. They serve it when they feel like it and if they don't feel like brewing it, you're not getting coffee. Depending on whom you get, the terms in which you'll get coffee always vary. They're very rude and disrespectful about it. Secondly, I returned tonight because it was convenient and I thought I'd give it another chance. Bad idea. Some people seem to dislike their job and they're going to be rude while taking no pride in their behavior because that's the type of people they are. Tonight, the male closing manager had the worst attitude as if the cost of the fries was coming out of his own paycheck. Originally, I asked for fresh made fries with no salt. What I got was hard, overcooked fries with visible salt left on some of them (even though he thought he could pass off running them through the fryer again) like I wouldn't notice. Well I did and I asked him for fresh fries and to FILL my small fries this time. This is where he wanted to argue with me and tell me that he knows they were full. I told him the last thing I'm trying to do is get a free half small order of fries especially when I now have to wait 3 minutes for new fries to cook and I've already got the rest of my order sitting in the bag in drive-thru getting cold. What a jerk. No apology, no admittance, just bad attitude and wanted to argue. The guy obviously does not like his job or his closing shift, so maybe leave, but don't argue with customers over a half-filled box of fries. We both know the box wasn't full. Do you know how many fries fast food dumps in the trash each night? Give me a break, buddy. Your manager needs to know you were a jerk. Employees like that don't need to be the face of a business because they leave a lasting impression. Hopefully the owner sees the reviews to know that employees at that location are costing him or her money by not selling coffee and by giving their customers a bad attitude. I won't return to that Wendy's. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Jeff Richardson 4 months agoBeware the drive through. Made a custom order for a baconator without mayo, add mustard and pickles. After leaving tha Plaza location and arriving at work, I discovered that my request was completely ignored. Very heavy mayo, and none of the add ons. Just a regular baconator. Will definitely have to check before leaving if there is a next time at that location.
Lena Belgiovine 9 months agoTheir late night service is constant and good. Staff is nice and helpful, which you don't often get after midnight.
