Unfortunately, in a busy period when the food should be being turned over fresh constantly, I got a baconator meal, the burgers were cold, missing the bacon, and the ketchup. These are literally the components that make the baconator amazing. The fries were ice cold, unsalted and thrown in the bag; maybe 3 were in the container, lol. I asked for a sweet tea no ice, I got unsweetened tea with ice. I'm just saying, how can the price keep going up, and the quality of the food and customer service go down. All of these fast food places are serving the same low quality Sysco foods and they keep raising the price and filling you with toxic poisons. What are we doing, friends? We got to stop eating this fast food, America. 🤑 (Then when you see the horrifying videos of the workers licking a stack of taco shells from top to bottom and putting them back in rotation...)

I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru for my order, only to find out it had somehow been canceled. After remaking the order, the staff tried to charge me a second time. I then went inside to request a refund and waited another 10 minutes before anyone helped me. In the end, they gave me the food, but after waiting nearly an hour, it was cold. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s.

Thank you for getting an attitude when you had to correct my order because you wanted to keep huffing and puffing at me. Thank you for still making my food wrong just because of the attitude I received. Thank you for keeping my receipt trying to cover your rear for the bad service. If you notice the theme here...I have told anyone I know if you get bad service because of a messed up order don't bother going here, they love to keep wrong orders wrong even after being corrected.

Idk if the lady at the window was mad at me… or is always aggressive. But sheesh. Food was hot though.

10:30 isn’t that late to find other options, I see I’m not the only one that had a bad experience with the lady who works the drive-through that has dreads she’s awful. But whoever is cooking that was delicious I’ll try your food after a while I’ll swing back in hopes she’s gone and you’re still there
