Sean was absolutely amazing helping me with questions / modifications I had with a large catering order for our office. He was patient in answering all my questions, and very friendly during the multiple calls I had with him. We will 100% order from here again! Thanks Sean :)

I waited for a very long time, The staff were very rude. They messed up my order too by forgetting the avocado on my avocado turkey. I kindly asked them to fix it and the staff said “that’s cause you ordered it plain” which I absolutely did not.

Terrible! Sandwich had very little meat and what was on there was weird end bits. So were the tomatoes. It was mostly bread and it was barely toasted at all. I reached out to customer service and they were zero help! Go to the Mayfair location if you must. They're at least decent. I threw away the rest of the sandwich I had left in the photo.

March 24, 2026. Sandwich had hardly any meat. Woman who was working behind the topping counter was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She just stared at customers with an attitude, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Not sure how her manager or owner would tolerate such behavior.

So let’s get your staff in check Downtown! I came right before the riverside show last night around 6:00 12/21. The girl making my sandwich seemed to be uncomfortable with the manager. Her name was Jasmine or Yasmin which is why she told me after asking to fill out a survey? She was yelling and cussing in the back, my child could hear her! She was making funny looks to the girl making my sandwich. Then when I went to go check out, this Yasmin or Jasmine lady was very pushy and aggressive with me as if they were about to close, it was 6:00. She also stopped my transaction to take a call on the line!! Normally when I come here the staff is laughing and having a good time with each other. What has happened?! I guess I’ll be going to prospect for now on!
