Great experience at the Wendy’s on West North Avenue in Milwaukee! The food was fresh and service was fast, but what really stood out was the worker Israel—he was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. He made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!

Just got thru the drive thru. Ordered my food with 2 cars ahead of me and it took 20 plus minutes. Bit ridiculous but not the worst part of the experience When I got to the window, the girl working gave me a weird look then told me the total. Gave her my card. She then proceeded to hand me my bag and drink with my credit card sandwiched between, which I couldn't see at first. Why not just hand me each thing separately? Super weird and inconsiderate and I nearly dropped all 3 trying to secure them from my car window. Said thank you have a good day, only response was a closed window. Was thrown off by this interaction so didn't check the bag, which ended up missing half of my order. Tried going back but the location is located on a busy corner with just one small entrance and they blocked off the other entrance. Plus the line was long and I knew it would take me another 30 minutes. Won't be back. Hire better people, or pay them better so they actually try. Spent 20 bucks on a mid burger, cold fries, and a watered down DC.

Late nite food don't b fresh n o r hott.. itz like it already made an been sitting 4 hrz thtz wht stop me frm eating at tht 1 an others 2 bt juz ned latenite service needs 2 b upgrade so they can gettz better stars an sum especially our food nedz 2 b on 10 win oder at latenite

Ordered online for drive thru, waited about 20 minutes in line to then be told I needed to go inside. Go inside and waited an additional 20 minutes. They tell me they don’t have my order blah blah blah, then all of a sudden they had it. I 100% understand being understaffed and all that but the guy in front didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and was all Over the place. There were 8 orders lined up and he was telling people their orders weren’t there when they were bagged and ready to go. There’s no reason why customers are having to guide employees to the correct order. Finally got my order, saucy nuggs meal and some spicy nuggs. Open my saucy nuggs and there’s nothing saucy about them - had to use my own sauce to sauce it up.

I ordered two burgers and fries I was served two raw hamburgers. when I took them back they gave me a hard time because i bite off one of the burgers before spitting it out. I was given two more burgers that were raw as well. when I exchanged those burgers their only resolve was to give me my money back. I told the manager I wanted burgers not my money back. while I was at the counter another customer came to the counter with raw burgers and a chicken sandwich as well. I asked to speak with someone because the manager never really said no more than 4 or 5 words to me despite the questions I was asking in an attempt to resolve this problem. when I talked to the person on the phone and explained other customers were having the same problem. she tried justifying it by saying it was because they were aware of my problem when in fact their food was raw as well see pics attached. long story short this place smelled bad, flies everywhere, very poor service and cold fries. the staff insulted me (one of the fry cooks that was not involved with resolving my issue at all). stay away from this place. there is a McDonalds 1 block west of this place. They have burgers that are cooked and not raw and cold.
