In-N-Out Burger

I just appreciate my experiences in In N Out. I grew up going to in n out in California, and can't wait until they open in South Carolina (I know there in Tennessee, so I'm excited!!). 💪✨

The drive-thru guy was obviously talking to someone on the headset not about work' was very distracted. He had us keep pulling up every few seconds (none of the other cars behind us were moving till their order was taken... the cars in front of us werent moving that much and that often. instead of taking our order we just kept moving up every few seconds over and over as he Said things into his headset when my mom tried to order he'd have her pull up again...then when he finally took our order we were on the cross walk my mom went to move up again,because now theres no one immediatelyin front of us and he said its fine then back to talking in the head set my mom stated "but we're on the cross walk and in a turn..."....(he said its fine you'll be moving again soon anyway) ...he took our order and we had to keep resaying it and clarifying he kept turninghis head and saying stiff under his breath. And then he started laughing uncontrollably for a few seconds and then I had said something like " what's so funny" (I'm in the backseat ) and his face was "ohno" & he apologized and said something into the headset again...and sp he took our order and he got our order wrong but told it to us right in person. So he got it wrong we corrected it and he basically restarted and then he asked us if we had 2 burgers 2 fries and a drink and we did. So he spoke it to us correctly finally and we thought everything was good. He told us to go tonthe window and immediately went back to his conversation on the headset...so when we got to the window to pay the other guy had the order wrong we ordered a number 2 no onions and a double double burger plain (just lettuce and the meat and cheese) and a side of fries... so 2 burgers and 2 fries and a drink (1 meal[#2] with an iced tea drink, a fry and a double double burger ) ... which he said in person. The guy at the window read off one double double a drink and fry... we Said "um no, what happened to the rest of our order" the guy at the window kept trying to convince us and then we told the order to the guy at the wondow...noone was in front of us from the guy who took our order...so you cant really get an order mixed up... he was taking our order still while the other cars were pulling up...so when we pulled to the window, it was our turn. So when we get to the window and the guy is reading off the order somehow the meal burger isn't there and the extra fry wasn't then the guy at the window said it was after we said our order and the burger from meal 2 wasn't... but the drink was and the other individually bought burger and fry was ... but not the meal ...it was weird and kind of Unexplainable... we asked how this could even hapoen if he read back pur order back correctly. ..and the guy at the window tries to just say I'm not sure maybe he accidentally did something afterwards (NO Compensation or apology) just back tracking after trying to ask us if we ordered right etc ... Never been asked if we ordered correctly before... when there was a person Taking our order ... He gave us the total of the order that was sent the first time and instead of keeping it after 5-10 mins of them trying to ask if we ordered right and trying to "explain" maybe he deleted some of the items after we left ...even tho they both gave us the same total then after the total changes and it's not even close to what it was with only 2 items missing when the meal was the one on order with the wrong sandwich .... makes no sense at all and the fact that they didn't apologize and kept shifting blame is WILD... when we got to the pickup window they left the window open and we could head them messing around with equipment and laughing and dropping things etc... it was loud and chaotic and not working,😕 normally if employees are going to tlak about things relating to boyfriends and cream they'd close the window at least... the whole experience was really weird and took WAY longer than normal. We kept having to ask for boxes to eat in the car we asked for spread DIDN'T get the sprean&we had to keep asking for ketchup.gave2pks

Easily the slowest In-N-Out I've ever been to. There was no one even in line when I first got to the register, yet it took over 25 minutes to get 3 double-doubles and 3 animal fries. While waiting, I counted at least 5 people who ordered after me get served first some of whom had way larger orders. Either favoritism was at play, or whoever was handling my ticket severely dropped the ball. Incredibly frustrating.

Excellent hamburger. The meat, tomato and lettuce were tasty and fresh. It's because if the quality, value and service that In n' Out has been in business for so long. I used to eat their burgers in CA and on my recent AZ trip stopped to get that great burger I truly love. I wish there were In n' it's on the East Coast!!! Thanks so much for a satisfying meal.

It's In-N-Out; it's always wonderful. Where can you go for a burger/ Fries/ drink all freshly made and delicious.... They always keep the locations perfectly clean. Gian, my cashier was very polite, helpful and sweet!!
