I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A, and I have to give a special shoutout to Nate! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and that I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does. Nate’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my visit even better. Employees like him are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location—great food and even better service!

Always friendly. For the app users, we get exclusive invitations to swing by during family events hosted by this store! I came here today to redeem a birthday reward. I eat here all the time! They are consistent and it definitely has a small business (community friendly) vibe, even though its a franchise.

I ordered from the drive thru. The customer service was good. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese, and a cookies and cream milkshake. I recommend this location.

Came in twice during my competition here in Phoenix, and both time were outstanding! We were greeted with big smiles and welcoming, the employees for sure enjoy being here (or at least they show it). BiIG shoutout to Isai for being so caring, attentive, and courteous. Why 4 stars? I ordered fries both days. The large fry definitely could be more full, and the medium fry was full of scraps, so fries is definitely something y’all can work on. Other than that, highly recommend!!!

Love this location and team! The management is awesome, cleaning ALL the tables after families with kids left - making sure everything was removed for the next diners. I ordered the wrong type of nuggets and they replaced no problem. The environment is so friendly and clean. Might be my favorite Chick-fil-A location!
