This is a seriously good Burger. I like that it is so beef forward. A lot of toppings on burgers either stand next to, or overpower the beef of the burger. What is unique about this burger is the pickled jalapenos (very very mild) and the cheese are presented in support of the excellent beef flavor and juicy texture of the burger. Same goes for the bun, soft, ever so slightly sweet. One recommendation I would make is take a bite of the provided pickle in between bites of the burger. It does an excellent job of resetting the palate. To the owners: Seriously consider selling those jars of pickles. Yum. Staff was friendly, and I like the sugar cane soda fountain. The Ginger is nice and strong, perfect sweet and spicy treat to end the meal with. Thanks for the juicy/melty burger!

Order at the register or self serve kiosk, take a seat and receive a text/page when your food is ready. Service was fast, staff was constantly maintaining the cleanliness and turning tables. Enjoyed all the sandwiches we tried, particularly the patty melt. I regret not ordering some fries, they looked excellent on others tables. Next time!

Mia was wonderful! So friendly, helpful and kind! The patty melt with a gf bun was delish!! The bun was so soft and toasted just right:) the garlic fries are a MUST!

Fun restaurant discovery! We wandered in without expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The burgers were great, and the mac and cheese was absolutely amazing. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. We’ll definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.

Mia at the Paradise Valley Melt location truly made my visit special on Tuesday, 2/24/26. She took the time to check in and ask how I enjoyed my meal, which shows real care for the customer experience. On top of that, she surprised me with a delicious ice cream topped with strawberries and chocolate syrup — such a thoughtful and generous gesture that completely made my day. Great food is expected at The Melt, but service like Mia’s is what sets this location apart. Her kindness, professionalism, and authentic hospitality are exactly why I’ll be coming back. Thank you, Mia, for going above and beyond!
