Victor Mann 3 months agoI finally decided to try Chick-fil-A after they sent me a coupon for a free sandwich or chicken nuggets. I decided to go inside because the drive-thru looked too busy. I chose the chicken sandwich, got it to go, but decided to eat it there. The first official Chick-fil-A location opened in 1967 in an Atlanta shopping mall, leading to the chain's expansion and reputation for quality service and its signature Sunday closure. And I have to admit, everyone I encountered was so friendly. The chicken sandwich was simple, topped with mayo and pickles, but the chicken filet was so tender and juicy, much better than I expected. So the chicken hype is real; Chick-fil-A is really good. I see why it's so busy.
George Chavez 3 months agoAlright so here’s the thing. It’s Arizona and it gets hot. 100 deg hot. When you have drivers to pick up orders standing in the heat for over 15 mins it’s going to bother me and I’m not even picking up. The line is atrocious inside, it’s long, with only 2 people ring folks up, there is no drink station so you have to bother the people ringing up to even get a refill. So you treat inside customers like children and people picking up like plebs? The drive thru is obviously the priority. Waiting over 15 mins for my food and saw the drive thru get pumped thru. What a bad restaurant, says volumes about your leadership and owners when they treat people so damn poorly. “My pleasure”? More like It’s “my pleasure” to treat folks like garbage and act nice about it.
JennyKAllDay 4 months agoIt was a warm day and the pup and I stopped in. Seating on the side of the building was shaded and cool. I was able to order online and they brought my food right out to the table. Which was great because I had the dog so I couldn't really go inside. Dr pepper floats it was very good. And it is always great sandwiches great food. And even though there's a lot of very young people working there they don't mess up my order, they're very friendly and respectful, they give my dog a little treat for free. And it's just a nice clean place. It's very streamlined with the way the drive thrus are but Even on a very very busy day at peak hours of dinner time and it was hot, I still receive my food sitting outside very quickly. I like it there!
Josh Higbee 4 months agoPlace is packed 24/7 which is why I usually only went for curbside, to skip the line. Now that they added the “mobile express lane” they felt that was sufficient enough to eliminate curbside. I wouldn’t have an issue with this if like other locations they had a dedicated line for the mobile orders, however this one doesn’t. It merges mobile with two other lanes of people ordering regularly. You get stuck in a clogged slow moving line, people constantly go to the mobile lane to order not knowing they’re supposed to be in another lane, it’s just a mess. Pretty big reason why i rarely visit this location anymore. Food is always good and staff is always friendly but I’m not trying to wait in an in-n-out level line that doesn’t reward people for using the app. Prices are also pretty high compared to other places that offer better food at larger portions.
Rich Kalina 8 months agoKristina is one of our favorite employees. She has been here over since our kids were little and she is so kind and caring. With the new remodel, we couldn’t be happier to have this as our neighborhood Chick-Fil-A.
