There was one front worker that didn't want to acknowledge any of the customers waiting & lots of customers had missing items including us, they forgot our fries, drinks & chocolate milk. The food was not bad for the price.

Bro, Habit burger on McDowell and 7th Ave is legit. While other locations have been slipping on their quality (in my opinion) this location is staying true to the quality and freshness of why I started coming to Habit. PLUS Kylie (the chick who took my order) was beyond stellar and had some on point eyeliner 🤙 If you feel the same as I, and think other locations of Habit are slipping, rest assured that this location is still serving it up right.

The cashier couldn't figure out how to do the offers from the app on the register, that should've been my first clue. I ended up paying regular price and making a different food choice and made the order in app. I decided to get the bigger looking burger, BBQ Char burger meal. After a long wait about 15 minutes my messages showed my order was ready. I literally asked "that's the char burger?!?" The one girl seemed unsure because it was visually unimpressive and the other worker said "yes I checked to made sure it had bacon, onion fritters" (French fries onions). I get to my table and take my picture super disappointed. The picture speaks for itself, I added the menu pic for effect, you can't tell but it's cold as well. Was my first time at habit and now I'm unsure if they'll ever see me again. Oh and $22 for an adult meal and a "kids meal" (burger, bun, ketchup)....

Employees are allergic to being in the front or visible from the register, the burger is always made 5min before the fries come out, leaving it to cool before receiving my order, pitiful amount of toppings when adding things like bacon, handed dirty trays with my food. 'char' burger is closer to being charcoal.

Haven't been in awhile thought it sounded good. Walked in and placed a to-go order. That experience was good. Santa Barbara char burger and fries. No special requests. Pretty simple you would think. When the order was ready I asked for catsup and two ranch dressings. Manager on duty took the ranch dressing out of the fridge and dropped them on top of the napkins they put on top of the French fries to keep them warm. Didn't seem like a genuis move. Once in car I took the cold ranch off what I thought were hot fries. Drove seven minutes home. My bride took the food out the bag. Fries were cold, brown and extra extra crispy. Char burger had a little heat - was on life support. Rarely go so no big loss except for $15, my time, and my thought of a delicious Santa Barbara char and fries.
