gayla smith a month agoI go to this canes often. I do a lot of uber deliveries for this location as well. I’m not gonna mention the manager by name cause I don’t think she deserves that But here’s a story time. It’s Mother’s Day I go to this Cane’s with my 19 month old. He has cerebral palsy and is unable to move himself so my hands were pretty full. No one helped to open the door When I came in, I only mentioned this Because it adds up. I set my son and his little car seat out of booth and proceed to order. I was given information twice. I came to purchase the buy one get one box combo for Mother’s Day and you can clearly see how my mom by the way I’m struggling with my kid. The person tells me I have to sign up and gives me a card. I sit down to see if I’m already signed up. Once I see that I’m not signed up I take my son who is now crying to the car so that Others can enjoy their food without hearing him cry. Out of all the wicker around to see me with my hands full of no one opened the door on the way out either. I signed up for the rewards and call to make sure I’m able to get this. Buy one get one. The nice young gentleman says that I would be able to, but when I walk in the Manager takes the register rings me up and we just had this conversation about me doing the buy one get one she gets all the way to the end to ask for the QR code I give her the card she says if you just got this card it’s not gonna work( You know, I just got this card) I asked if there was anything she could do she says no. So either poor customer service on the Manager’s part or poor organization as an establishment as a whole there should be something set in place so you can maintain good customer service and times like this. This is also the same manager that once I came in ordered food and I asked for hot sauce in my order, but didn’t get any so I asked for hot sauce once I grabbed my food. She gave me one packet and told me that that’s something that I asked for when I order. What am I gonna do with one packet? But I don’t have time to argue so I left it alone that day. This is also the same manager that anytime a pedestrian walks in that looks homeless. She is on their head without any type of compassion. Like it’s hot in Arizona I get you have to maintain a good establishment, but you could approach them with a little bit more grace and you could’ve said happy Mother’s Day to me After denying me twice for the buy one get one. For me to be a frequent visitor good customer service would’ve offered me and rewards sign-up well before any of those times that I have visited. Good Customer Service, if not, that would have at least offered me a free drink with their little sweet tea cards that they have. Good Customer Service, if not, any of that would’ve at least apologized and said happy Mother’s Day. I won’t ever be visiting this location again. The manager is lucky I didn’t named Drop but if the staff sees this review, I know they’ll know who I’m talking about.
R. M. Ingram 9 months ago10/05/25@12:55pm 3 females at window rude while my order was repeated back to me. I ordered a 3 finger with toast BOB and requested canes sauce be substituted for honey mustard. Not only did they still give me Canes sauce but the toast was defective (corner piece missing). You can’t have a snarky attitude, get the order wrong after repeating it AND give me a toast that has a piece missing. I understand customer service is difficult but when you have a respectful customer, can I at least get the same kindness in return??
Sam Rauhalammi 2 years agoDespite being a brand new location, with two drive through lanes, it is somehow super awkward for the traffic flow. It seems like everyone is leaving huge gaps in the line, and things don't really move along. Some parking on site, but takeout is definitely the busiest part of this business. Inside is exactly like you would expect it to be -- new and clean. Staff is okay, however they cannot do much of any changes to the set menu. Also, they don't put forks etc. disposable cutlery to drive through orders unless you ask for it.
Chance Morales 2 months agoGreat place for late night bites or any time really. Staff is super nice! Sometimes when I pull up in the drive through and I have my dogs they give me a few extra pieces of chicken! I hope I didn't get anyone in trouble by saying that!
Rose Jordan a year agoFirst time ever visiting on 9/25/24 and overall the food was ok. They shorted me a tender so I had to get another one. The coleslaw was thrown away as we didn’t like it. Chicken itself was moist. I honestly expected more from this place but from my experience it was ok. This isn’t on my “go to” list food wise. Staff was friendly however, the cashier kept staring at my 13 yr old daughter and it made her really uncomfortable so we ended up moving outside.
