What more to say about the great service I had thank you the team. Havannah, Nacy, Karatzy, and the best manger Reese.. The team is amazing they took very good care of us and from being out of town they made us feel like home. I really appreciate you guys so much. We will return and come back.

This was frustrating. We paid and asked for extra toast with the Caniac, didn’t get it, no hot sauce, and then no straws either. It feels like nobody checked anything before handing it out. Won’t be back soon.

I recently visited this Cane’s location my family, including my three young daughters, and had such a wonderful experience thanks to one of your employees, Alexandra. One of my children accidentally spilled a large drink, and while my husband started cleaning it up, Alexandra immediately stepped in to help. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind throughout the whole situation. Even when we offered to help, she kindly insisted on taking care of it herself. She went above and beyond by helping us rearrange tables so we could sit comfortably and even brought us a high chair for our youngest. What really stood out was that she came back later to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I understand this is part of her job, but the way she handled everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine smile. She made a lasting impression. We truly need more people like her. Thank you, Alexandra, for turning a stressful moment into a great experience for our family!

I went through the drive-through tonight and unfortunately, I was met with a lady with red hair super bright red hair with like the absolute worst attitude ever didn’t even ask us for our drinks for our combos and just sounded annoyed by us ordering and then just super rude to us at the window sitting there very unprofessionally looking into our car and just giving us the worst attitude I’ve ever seen honestly guys avoid this location. There’s way better other locations. Whoever she is could use more training because her attitude was honestly just horrible.

Excellent service by Reya I believe, gal at the drive through last night 12/27/25. We had our dog in the car with us and she offered dog treats at the window, totally made our day, give them pay raises!
