Raising Cane’s was, unfortunately, Raising Disappointment 😞 I rarely eat fast food, but every once in a while I crave that salty, greasy comfort food that only America seems to perfect. This visit reminded me why I usually don’t. I ordered the 3 Finger Combo, which honestly felt more like a middle finger based on the size of the chicken tenders. Each one was barely two inches long, hardly what I’d call a “finger.” Come on Todd!!! I’ve always enjoyed your Cane’s origin story, especially the part about how the college professor not believing in the chicken-finger concept. But judging by the portion size I received, I’m starting to understand the skepticism. I don’t like leaving poor reviews, especially for fast food, because you generally get what you pay for. But at $26.67 for two combos. The value just wasn’t there. Hopefully corporate takes notice. Working Americans deserve a fair leg… or at least a fair finger 🍗.

Every time I’m passing through this area of Phx I end up having lunch at Canes! For me it’s a special treat because we don’t have them where i live. The location of this particular Canes is in a pretty rough metropolitan area but they keep it very safe and secure with a guard walking around the facility most times I’ve been there. The food is always delicious and it’s convenient because when I’m working down in that area i just stop in by myself sit down in the nicely new renovated lobby and enjoy a great lunch. The location is very convenient with how it’s adjacent to the i-17. Highly recommended!

Unless you can micromanage your own order in person, do not order. Cannot make a doordash order without them missing parts of my order. I do not want to be ripped off and not receive the products I paid for. This place sucks. Their breading is soggier then their soft drinks. Thanks for the 2 dollar return for ruining lunch. Won't make the mistake again.

My friend and I visited Raising Cane’s around 9:30 PM on a Friday night and decided to dine in. When placing our order, we were specifically asked whether we wanted our food to go or dine in, and we clearly stated that we wanted to eat inside the restaurant. Despite that, our food was served in to-go packaging. As we were eating, an employee came up and asked if we wanted boxes to go, which made us feel rushed and like the staff wanted us to leave rather than enjoy our meal inside the restaurant. The whole experience gave us the impression that they preferred customers to take their food and go, even when they had chosen to dine in. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders seemed noticeably smaller than expected. While the food itself was okay, the service and atmosphere left us feeling unwelcome. Hopefully management can work on making dine-in customers feel more comfortable and improve consistency with portion sizes.

Location was great as it was on my way home from work. Service was fast, and I received my order 2 minutes later. I always order "The Box" and pay for extra sauce. The chicken is hot, crispy on the first bite and the meat very tender. The combination of the chicken, slaw and fries, with the bread is great. If there is one thing I would recommend is that you eat it right away. Once the chicken starts cooling down, it doesn't have the same crisp taste.
