I hate to leave a review like this, but this experience was really disappointing. My family are big Whataburger fans, which made this even more frustrating because this was definitely not the Whataburger standard we’re used to. The burger was extremely greasy both the meat and the bun felt like they had been dipped in oil. On top of that, part of the patty was undercooked, which is a major concern. We understand it’s fast food, but food still needs to be properly cooked and prepared. Honestly, thanks to Ball Park sesame buns I had at home, I was at least able to recover from Whataburger’s soggy, greasy bun. The customer service was okay, but everything felt rushed, and it wasn’t clear why since there were only a few cars in line at the time. I’d strongly recommend retraining for both the cooking and assembly team. The fact that this went through multiple hands and was still served this way is concerning for this location.

I’ll start off by saying the staff at the window was friendly. However the drive-through person taking the order around 630p was seemingly in a hurry to rush taking orders. I ordered a double burger meal with 1 slice of cheese, ketchup, bacon and pickles in addition to a chocolate shake which was audibly reviewed by the lady taking the order prior to pulling up. I received a strawberry shake, no ketchup or napkins for the fries and the burger was thin, missing bacon, very few pickles and more than 1 slice of cheese that looked dry and “burnt on”. Not sure why they repeat the meal you order if they’re still going to find a way to mess every single item up.

It's whataburger. Been to them all over the country. Food was hot. Jalapeño cheese burger did not dissapoint at all. Clean floors, AC works. Lots of staffing. Dale approves!

A little sketchy location but good food as always. Got the jalapeño burger and fries. Delicious fries. Plenty of jalapeños. Love their ketchup. Place wasn't super clean but it was pretty busy. Prices were normal for the area. Service was friendly and quick. Not sure if I'd go back to this location but I love Whataburger.

I truly wish I can give them zero Stars. The girl that took our order didn't seem like she wanted to be at work tonight. We sat in line and they asked us to move up and they would bring our order out to us. After 20 min I had to go in to my food just sitting there. I asked to speak to the manager, Emmanuel comes us just as lazy and nonchalant as if I was disturbing him. I told him that I've been here for 30 mins waiting for a number 2 and a 3 piece chicken tender meal. He turned around put fries in a bag and said here you go. Not sorry or here is something for the inconvenience! Nothing. I can tell you 2 things I'll never come to this Whataburger location again and I'll be giving corporate a call. Ill make time ! They might need to be drug tested in here to be honest.
