I recently tried Dave’s Hot Chicken for the first time and had mixed feelings about the experience. First off, I want to say the food itself was actually really good, and the staff were super kind and welcoming. The service, in terms of attitude, was great. However, the overall experience ended up being pretty disappointing. I ordered and paid for a drink and later they said they didn’t have it, and instead of offering a better solution, I was just given a substitute I didn’t really want. That already set the tone off a bit. The biggest letdown was the loaded spicy buffalo mac and cheese. On their website they advertise their loaded mac and cheese platter as being “piled high,” but that was definitely not my experience. I only got a couple small scoops, and it was gone in a few bites. It honestly felt like they compensated by adding a lot more fries instead, which wasn’t what I paid for. Visually, the food looks way better in photos than what I actually received in person, which added to the disappointment. For the price, I expected something closer to what was advertised. Overall, while the food tasted good and the staff were nice, the portion sizes and accuracy of the order made the experience feel pretty lackluster. I left feeling a bit let down and like it didn’t quite match the hype. For $50, I honestly felt like I got ripped off. For that price, I expected a much more filling portion. I could’ve gone somewhere like a whole foods and gotten 1 pound of mac and cheese at the food court for less, which made the value feel really disappointing.

OK, so I love their reaper heat level of chicken and mozzarella sticks. I make sure I put some pickles on there. Drizzle some honey a little bit of their secret sauce smash between some bread… Yeah buddy!! Their tables could have used some extra attention, but they are across the street from Angel’s Stadium and there is a game tonight. They’re slushy is too cold! HAHAHAHA!!

This female staff member was extremely kind and friendly. In all my experience with service businesses, it’s rare to come across someone with such a great attitude. Especially in these difficult economic times, customers truly need this kind of service from employees.

Perfect for a late night dinner, especially after a concert at the Honda Center or a game at the Angels Stadium. Parking: They're located in a plaza with other popular food chains like Chipotle, Panda Express, Carl’s Jr, etc. There's a small parking lot in the back and a larger parking lot beside it. Cars are constantly going in n out, so finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. We visited close to midnight, and they were poppin. They’re the only spot that’s open till 2AM. Service: You can order at the kiosk. There’s two kiosk to order from. You can also order at the register. Since it started getting busy, we ordered at the register. The cashier was simply quick and efficient. Throughput took about 10 min after ordering. Foods: We got the chicken tenders, sliders, and fries with medium heat. We really appreciated that the chickens are cooked fresh. They were steaming hot when we got our food. The medium heat was spicy but not too much spice to the point where we didn’t enjoy it. The slider came with slaw and pickles. The fries were seasoned well. Everything paired deliciously together. Pricing: Prices are a bit higher, but it was definitely worth it after a long night of singing and dancing hehe.

Omg just ordered from Pixar hotel! Was delivered by door dash. I got the hot tenders my wife got the mild hot. If you like heat like hot hot get something more then hot. I'm use to heat and hot was just perfect. Made my mouth burn but had a great taste sweet maybe hunny but so delicious 😋. The original mild tenders definitely where more crispy but everything was juicy and Delicious!. Thanks so much! Tommy my disabled brother said the Mack and cheese was perfect!
