I went there for first time Mwrch 20th 12pm, wanted to try out their $10 menu meal, so worth it, ordered on arrived with food ready, I like the self serve drink area with multiple drink options... Good quality ingredients on my hamburger, fresh salad and adequate chicken nuggets that also comes with value meal. I recommend going before lunch rush for ordering on the kiosk or in person.

Thoroughly check your order before leaving the store. They often forget to include all the items paid for in your order. If somebody orders and pays for 10 chick bites then give them 10, not 7. In past order they have completely forgotten my fries or sauce. Despite the food being tasty the service and standards are so poor that I would not recommend visiting this location.

The food is quite good. Char-grilled burgers are the speciality, and side dishes have lots of variety. (Think tempura green beans, roasted cauliflower, sweet potato fries). For a lighter option, try a big salad or the chicken sandwiches. Various soft drinks are available, as well as lemonade and milkshakes. Atmosphere got a 4/5 only because it's a fast food place, so atmosphere isn't really expected. However, it's is clean and plenty of seating is available.

We used to be regulars here, and it was great. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. They got rid of the beyond burgers ( a superior vegan burger) and replaced it with a garden burger, soy based and minimal protein.... that was a mistake. But I gave it a shot... they added cucumbers & sweet mustard! Anyone know what that is.... its not honey mustard, but boy was it gross. Unfortunately they have lost my families business. If your looking for quality veggie burgers, go to Nice Burger on LB Blvd... Such a bummer they are making bad choices...

The food here is great. But they keep getting orders wrong, and I just was in there, literally 5 minutes ago, to pick up an order. And the girl giving me my order was so rude about giving me the wrong ranch. Even though I was trying to show her my order receipt on my phone, that said classic ranch, she kept arguing with me and just threw it in my bag aggressively. They definitely need to find employees with better attitude.
