After a lackluster meal at Mel's the night before, I decided to search for a top rated location this time. I came across The Melt which was heavily favored and rightfully so. Although the location was busy, I was able to walk right up and use one of the self service kiosks to place my order. The interface was easy and helpful. I ordered a double BBQ Bacon Meltburger and a Cookies and Cream shake. Within a few minutes my order was ready and it looked great. This burger was huge, and since it cost 18 bucks, it better be! I could barely bite into this burger it was so massive. It was fantastic, so much flavor and quality meat. The shake was equally as great and helped wash down this tasty burger. The food was a little pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth. This is the perfect spot for a lunch or late night grub. Would definitely revisit if I had the chance because some of the other meals look just as good.

Randomly wandered in here, and was very pleased with the food options. Its is burgers, fries, etc. so don't expect a lot of non-meat things on the menu. Prices are also higher than your chain places, and also because this is in SanFran. Ordering was pretty fast and efficient, and the staff working there both times I stopped in were on point. (You can order via kiosk or at the counter). Food tasted very fresh, the fountain drink options were local flavors of pop, which I really liked. Seating was fairly plentiful, and the security & regular staff kept the location pretty clean & tidy. Definetly a restaurant I'd dine at regularly, just to try all the various items on the menu.

5 star experience for everything! Excellent customer service They missed 3 of my items and I had to wait which I didn't mind but the staff gave me a free shake for my patience which is so fun and nice Atmosphere is great outdoor and indoor seating when I went there was a parade happening outside it was fun to look at while eating the food was so good greatly recommended the spicy chicken sandwich and ranch and bacon fries and of course the cookies and cream milkshake they gave me! Tried sweet potato fries for the first time here at the melt absolutely delicious!

Robert & Luis were very helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My partner and I came here from North Dakota, and the burgers were absolutely amazing along with the service. Robert was especially personable, kind, and funny, which made the whole experience even better. He took the time to recommend different kinds of burgers and explained the menu so well that it made choosing super easy for us. Luis was also very prompt and attentive, and he remembered our orders without us having to repeat anything, which we really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and creating a great experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

We were in the area and while my friend wasn't hungry, I for sure was. At first I was concerned nothing would be open but we gave this place a try, wonderful food, crispy fries, and friendly staff would come again!
