Food was good, fresh and hot. We dined in and it seemed to take a long time before our order was brought to the table. Hordes of delivery people waiting by the counter. Ketchup is in clever packages but were more difficult to open than it should be. A worker was doing a great job scrubbing tables, sweeping up. No problem getting a refill on drinks. It has a play place for kids!

I genuinely love Chick-fil-A. I eat here often, and most locations are consistent, friendly, and reliable. That’s exactly why this one is so frustrating. This Monterey Rd location constantly forgets the sauces I clearly select in my order. Not once. Not twice. It’s become a pattern. At this point, I almost expect to open my bag and find dry nuggets and sandwiches staring back at me. It might sound small, but sauces are part of the meal. When you pay for food and take the time to customize your order, you shouldn’t have to double-check the bag every single visit because the same mistake keeps happening at the same store. The food itself is usually good, which makes this even more disappointing. This feels like a basic quality control issue that just isn’t being taken seriously. I want this location to be as good as the rest of the brand, but right now, it’s falling short in the most avoidable way.

Like always the customer service was absolutely amazing. As a whole the chicken sandwiches are above average but the sauces are the best around. Every time you thank a staff member they respond with “my pleasure” I love it. The shakes are also great I recommend the strawberry one.

Food was great as usual but “Dining Room Closed Due to Staff Shortages” on a 90 degree day at 6pm. Counted at least 18 team members on the clock not including people in the back on fryers or on break. There were more staff telling people the dining room was closed than would be necessary to clean the tables and run the food. Oddest experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Open to take your money but closed to sit and relax and enjoy your dinner at 6pm? Manager on her phone telling people the dining room was closed could have just been cleaning tables and running food and allow people to enjoy their meals. Ps the booths closed off for team members looks really tacky when you send 6 people on break at the same time to relax but paying customers can’t. Food great. Staff great. Management could use improvement BIG TIME.

Across the country, this has the only truly rude access insulting staff I've ever encountered. Wait in line, patiently behind black van as they decided in order. Then I go up, told I can't order, guy vibes it very rudely and flip menu around in front of me, while I sat in front of menu for two minutes waiting to order after car finished. Why the crazy lack of standard customer service 😭
