The newest and only Raising Cane's in San Jose but still the same sauce and chicken as the rest. Opens at 9 which is really nice to drop by before they get busy. Chicken is fine but their sauce does the heavy lifting. After eatting in, I will say it was a really nice experience, the dining area is great and the food was good. Overall would always recommend someone to try once at least.

Went there for a meal. The sweet tea seems to have different tastes than the other store. The chicken and sauce are great and moist. Really like it and service was quick.

All I can say is I’m very upset that when I got home and opened the box this is what my chicken looked like…. They look like small nuggets! Double check your box when you pick up because they may rip you off.

I ordered the 3 Finger Combo, and the chicken fingers were not cooked properly. The Texas toast was also not toasted well. When I mentioned the toast, they gave me another one, but the replacement felt like it came straight from the walk-in refrigerator. On top of that, I saw the drive-thru employee cleaning with detergent and then handling food with the same hands. This is very concerning. The staff clearly need proper food safety and food handling training.

Great food, great customer service, great operational effectiveness. With cars surrounding the drive-through on its first day open, I expected a longer wait, but I was pleasantly surprised. Hats off to the team.
