Eat here often. Day crew is always respectful and gets the order right. Night crew is awsome. Ive seen this place crawling with people in and out of the store. Holly is awesome! Whaever they are paying her, its not enough! She kicks ass and takes names and still gets the order right!!!!!!!

I typically don't dine out much since I primarily eat vegan, but did stop into this Carl's Jr. location for a quick bite on Sunday, April 19th around 6:30 pm and am glad that I did. Although the place was extremely busy, their employee named Hassan provided excellent service while he simultaneously juggled his many other duties. Kudos to him for his excellent and friendly service and for making our day better.

Food is fresh staff is friendly and very attentive to there customers. The location is in downtown with that being said the restroom situation having to buy something make sense. Some people say it's ridiculous don't understand. Over all its at the top of my list for fast-food downtown.

A little history here before I begin this location was a "Hamburger Stand" restaurant back in the 1990s. Loved the "Grand Slam" burger back in the day. Then Hardee's was here next, but both went defunct in the 2000s. Carl's Jr. and Hardee's are one in the same under the same corporation, btw. Many of the Palmer's High School students would eat here during their lunch time. Unfortunately, the homeless were a problem as well. I used to eat here when I had time during my off duty time while I was stationed at Fort Carson. Good memories here. Carl's Jr. food is close to Hardee's except for the sourdough hamburger melt which is my favorite. On my last trip to Colorado Springs in 2019 to visit some old Army buddies I served with till 2006 when I retired from service, before moving to Minnesota the same year I went here for one last meal. Employees were great, and food was good as well.

This particular Carl's Jr is refreshing and welcome surprise in the 'burger joints' venue. There's a note and taste of pride in the preparation and delivery of their burger selections by the staff. Not ostentatious or over bearing, just a quiet confidence that a selection that they serve you, will be very much enjoyed and appreciated by you. And not only their burgers but their seafood and chicken items are just as well prepared and yummy. Go see for yourself you'll be glad you did. Well worth the time and expence!
