Meh. Sooooo sad to report that i was disappointed. Really wanted to love it, but... but my order was wrong and I didnt love it even when it was right. :( Guess I'm just not an in-n-out fan. 1st time to In-n-Out: We orderd 2 double doubles w EXTRA sauce, and asked if they had chili cheese fries. The drive thru gal said yes and let us order it. The 1st window confirmed: "2 burgers with no sauce and chili cheese fries, right?" No, burgers w extra sauce, I said. OK Move to 3rd person who repeats the wrong order, then, confused, says they don't have chili cheese fries... but they have cheese fries and can add pepperocini. Pepperocini. Whaaaa? 4th person comes to the window to ask what we had orderd and walked away giggling at the fiasco. They dont have chili. I said "I'll just take cheese fries." Those are fries with American cheese melted on them, to be clear, not cheese sauce or queso. Ugh. Nope nope nope all the way around. Shake Shack still rules supreme for taste and value, imo. #missme w In-N-Out.

I went to college in Pasadena (28 btw w/ my mom born and raised in La) and in n out was a staple for late night cheap eats. When they brought it to Colorado Springs (specifically the Northgate) right next to my home I was out of this world excited. I love in n out and what they stand for and how they operate business. But something in the springs has to end. They are trying to fudge their drive through times and have no way to manage the lines that extend pass their alloyed space— leading into ongoing intersections that other businesses use as access points. This leads to people honestly not going to those businesses due to in n out’s traffic. The most disappointing part is the quality of food. This is an in n out animal style fry— tell me what’s wrong with it. Cold cheese and no animal style (grilled onions). This is my first and last complaint— in n out— hold your company to the same standard as you do in your hometown. Edit: I do want to add this was after multiple times confirming my order. And it’s nothing to the staff working it’s more to the management who are trying to push drive through times and capacity that they aren’t equipped to handle

Ong, this is my first time remembering going to in n out. This is quiete possibly the best burger, shake, and fries I have ever had. Ken was super nice ( pretty sure he was the janitor) everting was sooo clean (you could have a baby safely in there). The rest of the staff was super helpful as well offering to help us carry 4-5 trays of food and drinks. Everything was super reasonably priced as well. Good on a budget.

First off I've been to many In-N-Out locations in north Denver and none compqre to the experience here. Not only was Ken a pleasure while ordering, they made sure to ask multiple times if I had my prder taken or needed help. On top of the amazing greetings, they made sure to explain to menu and of the dozens ive times ive eaten at these establishments, no one even explained the menu as Ken did. My little 2 year old loves the food but when he mentioned they could do a grilled cheese with tomatoes and lettuce lightly grilled with no meat, let's just say I was super impressed. Was even told I can do animal style burgers so tried this and wondered why its not even a menu item. I get the nostalgia and history on their menu but this truly would help to revamp sales and service. Truly will be stopping by this one everytime im way out of town! Ken deserves a raise and hopefully you do your best to keep employees like this!

This was my first and definitely not my last In-n-Out experience. The service was outstanding. They far exceeded fast food expectations. The food was hot and fresh. One of us order the off the "hidden menu" and got carnivore fries. Awesome all around.
