Food used to be fantastic this was a go-to location nearby. Lots of staffing issues or training has caused the food quality to dip as well as general service issues. Most recently, they put my receipt on a pick up but getting home it was half of my order and half someone else's. After getting home, I had to call. Was told 'if' I ordered it could bring it back with receipt. Did so, only the burger was made fresh even though everything was brought back. No apologies, no cares from staff at any point. By the time I got to eat my food, the pretzels were cold as was the cheese, ice cream melted, drink watered down. I just wanted to edit to add I submitted a survey and was told I would receive an email following up. Nothing ever came. Probably won't go back now. Simply do what you say you're going to do. I don't think I should have to fill out the same information twice when you didn't respond the first time I completed that form and was told someone would reach out before. It's disappointing you can't access what I've already submitted. Tries to give you another chance. How is it possible to mess up every time I go when I rarely go due to the awful service and food. A great place to stop at lunchtime for a pork loin flavored just like the Midwest or just to cool off after a long day with a concrete mixer. I chose a chocolate Concrete Mixer with blueberries and Heath. Awesome!

Culver's is a solid fast food spot, definitely better than the main chains. They’ve got a more diverse menu compared to most places, which is nice. The only real downside is the price. It can get a little expensive depending on what you order, and that’s honestly the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Last time I went, they did forget part of my order, but mistakes happen. They were respectful, apologized right away, and fixed it quickly, so no real issue there. The ice cream is pretty good. Not quite as good as Dairy Queen in my opinion, but close My absolute favorite thing there is the cheese curds. That alone is worth going for. Not a lot of fast food places have them, and they’re honestly amazing if you like cheese. Everything else we got was good too. I had the chicken, and my friend got shrimp and onion rings, and we were both happy with it. Overall, it’s a really good option if you’re not on a tight budget. I’ll definitely be back. I just wish there were more locations in Colorado Springs.

Apparently it’s too much to ask for to have your chocolate shake actually stirred. When requested the person at the window scoffed at my request rolled her eyes and said I guess we could have one remade… I said just give it to me (I’d rather not worry about something being done to the “next” one) Why can’t a place with chocolate custard make a chocolate shake with chocolate custard…. Next time I want this kinda dessert I’ll just go to McDonalds

I don't go to fast food restaurants often, but the food was worth going to. My mother and I both got butterbuger combos with special instructions, and both came out perfect. The onion rings were great and were fresh not frozen, and there wasn't a crazy price mark up to add it to our meal. We ate in restaurant, and ordered the special deal 4 pints of frozen custard to take home with us. The staff was great and made one flavor of the day fresh, and then 3 other flavors chosen from the freezer. The pecan turtle was the best! Definitely worth the price!
