Fast efficient and friendly Drive-Thru too! Quality, smiles, warmth, genuinely friendy - this describes the Staff at this In-N-Out. 5 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars for my regular cashier, Richard. He is always friendly, cheerful, and professional - just what we need at my favorite In N Out location. The Best Burgers just keep on coming! Leo was awesome at the front counter - 5 Stars and 5 Thumbs Up for exceptional customer service. We hadn't visited this specific In-N-Out Burger location #3 yet, so today was the day! Great atmosphere, great customer service, and lots of friendly happy hungry customers. Whatever burger you decide upon, be sure and ask for grilled onions on your burger! No extra charge, and you can have grilled chopped or whole... or both! Delicious carmelized flavor and makes a burger a real down-home feast! 5 Stars and 5 Thumbs Up for this In-N--Out on Garden of the Gods. Not going to get a huge delicious made to order real beef double cheese burger with an order of fries for under $9.00 anyplace else that I know of. Stopped in again 2 days later and it was again fantastic! Even the Space Force guys all come here for lunch! Again, lunch for under $7.00!!

Not as good as other locations. I'm not sure what happened the night I visited--perhaps really short-staffed. Even though dining room was nearly empty, the wait at the counter to make an order was about 10 minutes. This is normal at most In-N-Out Burgers, but there was no line or anyone in front of us. Just nobody taking orders. Finally, put in an order, and it was 17 minutes for the burger and fries to come out. Both were cold and the beef wasn't thoroughly cooked. That said, I trust In-N-Out beef more that just about any fast food, so I ate it anyway without anything bad happening. It would have been better if the beef was warmer though. I'll curb my enthusiasm for In-N-Out next time I'm in the Springs and pass on this particular location.

First time trying this place! We don’t have one in Maryland! Richard, who took my order was so helpful and kind! Gave me the works on everything! He even stopped to ask how I liked the meal before he left for the day! Truly amazing customer service inside! They all deserve a raise! Very clean and welcoming. 10/10

The hype is real, and the burgers are great. The negative hype is unfortunately also real, and the burgers may not be THAT great. Just great, not mega great. You can get a better burger at many places, but not for any quicker or cheaper than In n Out. I'm a five guys stan every day, but I can't argue with the product and vibe that In n Out is selling, and the niche they've mastered. Worth trying when you've got the craving, and much better than its drive thru contemporaries. Just maybe avoid the fries (or smother them in onion, cheese, and special sauce to make them palatable).

I moved to the east coast from CA and In-N-Out is the ONLY thing i miss from CA. #1 Animal style with well done fries 🍟 👏 ❤️! I'm soooooo happy 😊
