Clean and friendly environment! Staff members are wonderful. however, my bottom bun was stiff and my cheese wasn’t really melted?

Run of the mill Whataburger. We got the breakfast bowl and the breakfast burger. The bowl is basically biscuits and gravy with your eggs and bacon thrown in-between. The burger is a bunch of the proteins with a little of their sauce. Nothing special but it fills a hole (not that it's filling).

The manager on duty or shift supervisor seemed perfectly at ease to let this guy (there for at least an hour) sleep in their dining establishment. It is not a quality burger establishment when they let the corner become a homeless shelter.

I went thru the drive thru and waited at the window while they prepared my order. The lady that took my credit card with latex gloves on and thats fine but she didn't change them to handle food. I know this because I watched her the whole time. I watched her because this same thing happened about 3 weeks ago with another lady doing the exact same thing. This time to add to it, the lady tonight was touching her hair and eating something with those same gloves, while talking with her coworker/employee. By law they're supposed to change their gloves after handling cash, credit cards or registers/computers screens.

I love Whataburger food!!! Today I had an experience I hope the team can train and learn from... Once I got my food, groceries and got home I unloaded my food and realized that I was missing a order of fries and hash browns. Once I ate, I called the location to notify them of the missing items. The manager by the name of Mia answered and I explained I came thru the drive thru a bit ago and I was missing some items that included hash browns. She asked how long ago, I said about 20min, she told me well we have been serving lunch for about 40 min so how can that be? I told her I have the receipt and I apologize for what seemed like 20 min was 40min, however it is absolutely crazy that her first instinct was to argue with me and not offer an apology or anything!! At this rate, I'm not looking for a refund, not looking for free food although she could care less I PAID for something I did not receive, I would like to see this moment used as training and a opportunity to be better to your customers! How about we are sorry that happened and what can we do to make it right? I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears, but overall try to be better! Mia, take accountability as opposed to being hostile and confrontational.
