This lives up to the other Chick-fil-A's food and order was perfect. Only disappointment was having to ask for napkins and for dipping sauce not having that offered with going through the drive-thru

I put in a catering order for teacher appreciation week. This Chick-fil-A was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring delicious food was prepared. Thank you to Paula and team for a great experience.

Specifically at this location I think the service was average to good 👍. But they have reached out to me and made a difference. Taking constructive criticism I respect that. I dont like the locks on bathrooms, but I can understand why they are there with how chaotic areas in the city can be.. My biggest suggestion: make it where you can order ahead of time to pick up even if it sits under a heat lamp. It makes it difficult to go here on my break or lunch when I have to drive atleast 5 to 10 minutes and still have to wait for my food. I order usually 12 to 20 minutes before needing the food I dont have the time to wait any amount of time when I have a 15 minute break. If my food is not the freshest thats on me. I order it so that It will be fresh and I can grab and go but it seems the app doesnt have an option for that. It would be greatly appreciated if corporate would incorporate that as a feature. (When the owner reached out they took the criticism and passed it along to the right avenue to hopefully get it added.) I understand the app wants you to be there but then what's the point of ordering online. Thats my biggest suggestion. And please make the chicken sandwich and all menu items healthier less preservatives, cook in beef tallow not peanut oils or seed oils. Please remove the unnecessary ingredients 55 total ingredients for a sandwich lots of them are unhealthy, please leave my chicken as chicken without these preservative. (The owner also took this criticism and passed it along. But this isnt under this locations control its corporate) Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Much respect!!

My go to chick fila. Joshua’s energy is contagious and always brings me a smile at the drive thru. Everyone is great and they’re fast even if busy. Thank you for keeping me fed 👍

they send your food cold as ice after completing finally getting to your order after 45 minutes. they do not deserve a 4 star rating when they cant perform correctly. the company phone is off the hook so you cant call in. this store is a joke.
